    picture quality is amazing, but the apps are always having issues, especially the Netflix app. it also freezes a lot now

    Don’t buy this tv its cheap but gives u alot of problem like keeps disconnected with ur internet n freezes the app sometimes tv doesn’t work

    I hate this TV. Do not waste your money. The TV is not very responsive and the picture quality is good but I have seen better. I would never ever purchase another Hisense product again in life.

    Input lag makes this TV unplayable for Gaming

    Terrible input lag for gaming. It feels like 0.5-1.0 seconds between a wired controller input and what is seen to actually happen on the screen. I'm very disappointed - because i was very clear with the rep that I was going to use it for gaming and actually looking at other models when they recommended this TV. I can literally see my accuracy has slipped from 40%+ -> 25%, which is a big impact. I would not recommend this TV. Now I know to only buy TV's with published Input Lag stats.

    This is the third hisense television that I've purchased. This brand is a lot bigger across the seas especially in China.

    My only problem is that every so often it wants me to reset the internet connection. Not a big deal just a little annoying sometimes

    I wanted a smart tv since we stream all of our tv. However this tv is not sling or Hulu capable. So I had to purchase a roku to go with it.

    My second Hisense in a year two separate TVs. Can’t say enough about either. Great value as I replaced 2 Samsung TVs. I will buy another in a minute.

    HDR is good but not awesome but for the price that seems appropriate. Biggest problem i have with this TV is the sound.

    The quality of the display is so nice, and i love that the volume can go up alot. Is works really good with Netflix and all the other apps.

    Bought this TV to pair with my Xbox one x and it says on the bb website that it has it. After many calls with Hisense they said they would send the firmware update to me but never did/could. This TV also falls short on the apps available and terrible wifi. Needless to say I returned this hunk of junk and got a TCL 5 series and boy am I happy. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Spend the same amount and get the TCL 4 series with much better options.

    You can't watch Hulu on this TV. You are limited to the apps you can use. The TV would freeze while watching it. I would have to unplug it. I returned it and replaced it with an LG.
