Now the TV has sound with no picture. Still waiting for Hisense to arrange for warranty service. They don't have a sense of urgency in getting this resolved. Should have spent a little more and got a name brand TV.

I had to hookup a soundbar just to hear it across the room. Sometimes it goes to a black screen and I have to restart it. Picture quality is ok. I've had it for 4 months now and most of the problems started right away.
