Will turn on then shut off and if i can get it to turn on it randomly shuts off. TERRIBLE customer service with Hisense. Wish i would not have purchased. I would have returned if i would have taken it out of the book within the return period.......

Have to unplug and re-plug in to make it work. The 'smart' part of it hardly works. Can never get the Netflix app to open. BAD BAD BAD
