    I go this tv for a guest bedroom. Nice picture, good sound and an all around good tv. The price really can't be beat. I didn't expect all the latest and greatest features, but I don't really need them. Between my Xfinity box and my Roku, I've got all the software I need. I haven't used Netflix app on this tv and I have not experienced any of the issues other reviewers have. I did update the software as soon as I got it so maybe that address issues other are having.

    My mother bought two of these tvs on a whim. What a mistake. Price looks great but Hisense has a quality problem. Both TVs have had problems. The basic quality of screen and sound is great when it's not crashing or refusing to open the few worthy apps available to install on it. Not worth it at all.

    Got this TV 2018 summer, pretty satisfied with sharp images, easy setup. It also comes with TV recommendations.

    I received this tv as a gift. The purchaser bought it for me and by the time I was able to get it and set it up I wasn't able to return it. "The Two week window. " It's called a smart TV and none of the "smart functions work" Like it doesn't connect to the internet. I know what you're thinking, a wifi issue. Nope! The TV sits above my modem. When I attempted to connect via the air (Wifi) and was unsuccessful I went the old route and connected it with a Cat5e cable and still bupkis. Well Slightly meaning it connects, then freezes the whole tv and all of its apps. Then after restarting it you can access the one app that works, which is Netflix. But want to turn off the TV, take a break and then turn it on again and start watching? Sure, but remember your Netflix password cause you'll have to completely clear the app and resign in as you did the first time. Aside from it actually being a Stupid TV rather than smart, pixels go in and out on a moment by moment basis. That's a fun feature, but it didn't mention it on their or BBs website. So I bet it's another failure. I'm not a rich man, but something tells me that sending this thing back to Best Buy and then waiting two weeks at best to get it back, and then have other issues isnt worth the $350 bucks. It may become a paper weight for my alley. Until some poor schmuck thinks he struck gold picks it up and brings it home. I will probably put a "Sorta Smart, Sorta works" sign on it.

    I am so highly unsatisfied with this TV and the customer service line lacked any sort of knowledge to help. I have only had this TV for a couple of days and every time the TV has been turned off and then turned back on, it kicks me out of my home WiFi, making me sign into my WiFi almost everytime. Netflix will have issues loading after I have re-connected to the internet, which makes me unplug the TV for 1 minute, then sign out and sign back in to finally make it work. The worst part is that this TV is advertised to be compatible with Amazon Alexa, but there is no Amazon Prime app available for this smart TV! The young girl who sold me this I would be able to download Amazon Prime and of course now that my boyfriend spent hours setting up the TV mount on the wall and getting the TV on it, we find out that IS NOT TRUE. I can't believe the issues I've dealt with regarding this TV the last couple days. Definitely returning this product this weekend.

    The picture looks great when playin 4k content, however it looks average when watching normal cable tv. Im having a issue were i have to change the picture settings everytime i turn it on im not sure if its a settings issue or not but if i cant figure it out i will be returning this tv. Gaming on this tv has also been great so far ive havent noticed any input lag

    So I bought this TV on a whim on Black Friday. I just wanted to get a bigger screen size due to all the TV's in the house being 32 inches. I love this TV, the apps, the connectivity to the internet was all so simple and quick. I am thinking about getting another one for my son. I heard the bad reviews and so far I have none. I hope that doesn't change.

    I have the 55" model connected to my WiFi network. I primarily use it for streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. This is a great TV. Solid picture. Solid sound. Good user interface. I have it on top of a media stand, although it is light enough to easily mount on the wall. Handles gaming well (including Fortnite).

    I returned a H6 that had some picture issues, but since that model was longer available I opted for this model instead. First thing I asked was if Prime was going to be available on this model like it was on H6 after an update and the rep said yes it would be. And of course it wasn't. I called Hisense support and they said that there was no update available for this model which would include Prime. I found it funny that a newer model would have less than the outdated one. I then noticed that the screen flickers when watching HDR content while local dimming is enabled as if the dimming couldn't keep up. Support also had no fix for this either. Sad to say that I will be returning the TV tomorrow. I really had high hopes for the TV, but I wont be purchasing another Hisense anytime soon.

    I have really been enjoying my hisense tv! Picture quality especially for sporting events is crystal clear and I love the sleek interface. Recommendations are very cool as well. I have ALREADY recommended this brand to a friend who purchased this TV a few weeks ago.

    Have owned multiple TV and monitor brands over the years including Samsung, Sony, Sharp, etc. Now a regular user of their 55" Smart TV in their HBE line, relative newcomer Hisense has quickly earned a well-deserved place among the great SmartTV brands.

    Was looking for a reasonably prices flat screen so went to a BestBuy to check out the offerings, in particular, I had picked out the following three models: Hisense H6, TCL 55, Insignia 55. The Best Buy rep told me not to get any of those and instead get the Hisense H8 Unless I wanted to move up to the $600-$800 range. I specifically said I was using this for gaming. After plugging it in and trying it out for a few hours I at first thought I had trouble focusing my eyes and getting used to the new TV and size. Everything felt super laggy, like I would shoot in the game, hear the sound through the headset, but see the shot happen 0.5/1 sec later. When I checked my stats I could see that it was impacting things too --- i had gone from 40%+ accuracy down to 25% based on the response time of the TV alone. Will be returning and paying closer attention to "Input lag."

    For the price point, this TV comes with the bells and whistles I expected from a smart TV. And great picture and sound quality. Built in apps are great for watching netflix and hulu.

    Screen kept going black when watching Netflix and while using PS4, solid picture but the screen blanking out after 3 days of ownership was the deal breaker, returned the tv for an even swap for a TCL 55 inch 5 series with Dolby atmos and built in Roku.
