    Problems with X1 DVR and Netflix

    Pink screen in Theater Mode and dark screen in Sports & Standard Mode when using 4K screen resolution on X1 DVR from Xfinity. Will stream in 4K from tv apps with a great picture. Also have to reset Netflix App and sign in after powering off.

    I bought this tv about 2 months ago, and it's been horrible. The picture is grainy, it randomly gets waaaay too bright, netflix and youtube don't work and the screen will randomly go black every couple of days. You have to unplug it and plug it back in and hope for the best. DO NOT BUY.

    Bought the TV to enjoy world cup in HD and have been happy with performance. Works great for using YouTube and other apps as well. Best value for the price.

    Faces are faded when not looking straight on. Can't add on any apps. Lip sync goes off and the adjustment doesn't do anything. Bluetooth will connect to my headphones but won't connect with my soundbar. Not happy with this TV at all, Wish I had spent the extra money for another LG. Hate this TV, still thinking of replacing it.

    We purchased this TV Dec 2017 simply b/c the employe raved about how wonderful and great Hisense was. We purchased it and with my husband in the military the TV is hardly watched. It started where the screen would go black, and there was no picture but you could hear sound. Usually if you messed with it, it would come one. Tonight not so much the case. I called BB the support guy was great he gave me some things to try but b/c I didn't buy their plan they can't fix it. Suggested calling Hisense b/c even if it's a little over a year they're usually helpful. WRONG. dude was beyond rude and refused to help in anyway. I'll never purchase Hisense/Sharp AGAIN.

    Great TV while it lasted

    Great tv until the warranty ended. Now I am looking at a 55" tv with half of the screen that will not illuminate. I have to buy another tv and I promise you it will not be a Hisense.

    Stuck at Logo Screen

    Our first Hisense TV got stuck at the logo screen. Was told by Geek Squad to call Hisense. Hisense Customer Svc told us they escalated it and someone will be contacting us back. A week later and no call from Hisense. Geek Squad finally agreed to exchange it. We exchanged it. Now 2 days later it did an automatic firmware update and same issue, stuck at Logo screen. DON'T buy this TV. We're taking it back tomorrow and getting a different brand.
