    It worked very well for the first couple months, then it started to cut on with a black n white screen with loud sound. I would have to cut the tv off and back on for it to go back to normal.

    Purchased this TV about 6 months ago. About 2 months ago the TV started to act up and would just shut down randomly. Sometimes I could get through a full Netflix movie, and other times it would shut down after just a few minutes. I’ve had the Hisense repair guys out twice and both time they replaced the same parts (two boards within the TV). The latest attempt was today 1/10/20, and so far so good. After the last attempt to fix, the TV was okay for a few days, and then started doing the same thing. I will update this post...if I can...when a few weeks goes by.

    The only complaint I have is. Every time you turn on the tv. You have to use the remote that came with the tv to select the input. I have directv genie. So having 2 remotes kinda, well you know!

    Dead after 10 days

    Thank God the TV didn't die after the 15 day return policy. The TV worked great and truly did love how the TV worked. I'm looking to buy a different brand this time.

    I was debating between this model and the TCL which at the time were the same price. After reading reviews I went ahead and decided on this model. After about of week of having it the picture quality just wasn't t my standards. Ended up returning it for the TCL and couldn't be happier.

    Picture quality isn't the best and had a lot of light bleed. I wouldn't recommend this set if u are looking for a good quality image. If u aren't to picky then it'll probably do just fine

    Bought this TV online for store pick up. After unboxing and making all the appropriate hard wire connections the TV wouldn’t turn on right out of the box! I then had to make another trip to the store but I upgraded to a much better/pricier one from Samsung. I knew the price was too good to be true and wanted to give this brand a shot. Even with the added insurance/extended warranty in place who wants the hassle and headache of doing all that. Do not purchase because it’s a Worst Buy. (Pun intended).

    We had a older 60" Samsung plasma that went bad, so we picked this to replace it. We have a Hisense 65h8C" in our living room an live it. The 55r7 was just horrible in comparison. OTA 720 was terrible, 1080p blue ray was meh, cable box was the nail in the coffin. Back it went

    I purchased this TV Jan 2019 and it is now May 2019 and the TV has gone out. Thank heavens I went with my right mind and purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I would've wasted my money for sure.

    I am stuck with it thinking I had 6 months to exchange it. ******* Covid19 screwed me into a tv that has issues. Every so often I have to reset the network settings/ then re enter my password to get it online.

    Bought this TV for the Super Bowl. The picture is subpar. The zoom is off so I can't see my whole cable menu. This isnt better than my 5 year old Vizio that isn't smart or 4K.
