Disappointing, buggy and ended up returning it. The display quality is OK, lots of extra brightness on the edges, blacks are more like gray and adjusting the contrast and brightness is very tricky but is possible. The TV simply doesn't have enough processing power to run an updated version of fire tv. A lot of lag in the main menu, similar to using an old generation of the fire stick. The biggest problem is the 4k, it constantly misses frame and skips. For example running the disney app, while watching a movie it would sometimes skip 1 -2 seconds of the whole movie at a fairly constant rate. I originally thought it was a bandwidth issue, but my other tv nor any on my computers display similar issue playing the same movie. I connected a fire cube 4k to the tv and no skipping would occur during any of the movies. My Plex app would buffer every 30 seconds for no apparent reason. I exchanged the TV for an unfortunately much more expensive Samsung TV and none of those problems occurred with the that tv. Sometimes the, you get what you pay for, saying is very valid and this tv is one of those cases

Nice picture but some issues related to the Fire TV software. Have had issues with Quick Access menu, Live TV channels not syncing with Prime video. Have done a factory reset a number of times. Have contacted Amazon support. Unsure what to do at this point and looking at other brands of TV. Shame because the picture is really nice and setup was easy.
