Have had issues with Quick Access menu, Live TV channels not syncing with Prime video. Have done a factory reset a number of times. Have contacted Amazon support. Unsure what to do at this point and looking at other brands of TV. Shame because the picture is really nice and setup was easy.

It's not the best quality but for the price it's not beatable. It runs my Xbox S amazingly and I also use it as a 3rd screen for my PC at 4k.
