I didn't like the picture quality. I expected more for it go be an Qled. I exchanged it for a different one that has a much better display.

Poor picture when not looking straight on with a washed out pale look. Also only has one audio output so unable to use headphones & use tv volume together. Would have spent more to get a better tv if this were known

This is the slowest tv I’ve ever purchased, and I just bought this after returning the 2nd slowest tv I’ve ever purchased. The thing in common? Fire tv software. Never buy this garbage. Shame on Best Buy for even selling it and not having a longer return window

Television was great for the price but it did not allow for full integration into my home environment. The device seemed to have a specific list of apps that it allowed to be used. That restriction made the device less functional to me.

Returned this TV because the audio wouldn't turn off when the TV was off (especially annoying to have the audio come back on in the middle of the night) and when we changed from the antenna to an app we had the audio from both playing at the same time. Replaced with a 2nd one (same model TV) and still have problems getting the audio to turn off. I wouldn't recommend this TV to anyone unless they figure out the problem and issue a software update to fix it.

Setup and everything went easily enough. Haven't had a ton of usage with it yet since I just moved. Will update when using it more.

We purchased this TV and it did not work. Called customer service and it was an "easy" exchange... until they didn't even speak a tiny bit of English, they didn't pick up the old TV I had to call Best Buy twice for them to come get the old TV. Then the replacement TV also did the same lag issue. Try to shut it off? Good 30 seconds. Try to turn up or down the volume? Same long delay. Terrible TV DO NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY OR HISENSE

I could not get this item because the store had NO ABILTEY TO DELIVER SO I JUST WENT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OK IF THEY JUST TOLD ME IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE ! BUT NO THEY YEXTED A NUMBER OF TIMES SAYING IT WAS ON THE WAY BUT AT 6 PM THEY TEXT ME AND DAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK ITS NOT THAT BIG OF A TV AND I HAD TO WAITH 3 WEEKS FOR THE FIRST NO SHOW AND THEY SAID THEY WHERE REALLY BUSY AND IT WOULD BE 2 MORE WEEKS TO RESCHEDULE I LOVE BEST BUY AND THERE PRODUCTS BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE STINKS

For the price, tv is fair and decent with realistic expectations. Picture is ok. Low budget option.
