has good picture when using digital antenna, not so much with Direct TV, also huge volume change from antenna to Direct tv. When searching for channels it often plays two channels at once, only way to stop it is to unplug and reboot. I love all the features but it takes a long time to understand all the options.
May not be the TV but the providers as well. For the price paid it does what I need it to do and the quality is good for the model.

The picture quality of this tv is really good. I have never owned this brand of TV before, but so far this was worth the price point. Will update this review if the tv experiences any issues within at least 3 years.

The tv is great buy for the cost, I would buy this over a traditional LED tv around the same price from competitive brands.
The tv gets pretty bright only take away is that you have limit control to customize the picture,
As many tv come stock they will be defaulted to eco mode, Change device to vivid.
Sound is mid, lacks bass, i would recommend to buy a soundbar.
Make sure to buy your best buy protection in case you have any issues with the television.

The employee talked me into this TV over a samsung, stating that the picture quality was superior, but at a better price. The picture is good, but there is a lot of lag, and sometimes the last thing that was playing will still be playing audio, even when navigating the main screen and through the apps. The audio still continues to play even when selecting a new thing as well.

Very satisfied with the purchase of this TV, the images are realistic, almost like a movie, but above all what surprised me most is the sound

Tv is good as aspected, BUT, I had to go back 3 times to get a TV that was ‘New’ in the box. Two of the previous tvs were used or damaged in a new box.
