I have been waiting since the day this product was announced to purchase it as I have been thinking about getting Samsungs competing product, but hate the fact you have to subscribe to get more art and the fact it was pretty spendy for what you get. I have had Hisense before and am a fan so the very first day the 55 went on sale I purchased it. It was delivered a few days later and I got it on the wall. The 55 was the biggest I could fit flush against my wall and we are downsizing from a 65 so I was a little worried it would look too small. I am pleased with the size and even more please at the anti glare screen. We have huge windows behind the tv and have been fighting glare for years. As you can see in the pictures, glare is non existant, if it wasnt as cool looking as it is, the anti glare is worth it on its own. The art is stunning and the google tv is a good smart system, I havent used it yet on this tv as I just got it hung, but I have experience with it and like it. There are some drawbacks on the installation. All of the cables are routed out of the bottom of the tv, why would they design this so the cables could be visible when that defeats the purpose of it looking like art? There is a small indentation in the back of the tv deep enough for the cables to fit without pushing the tv forward, I have a recessed box for my power and HDMI cable, but I had to lift the tv so that some of that recessed part of the tv overlapped the recessed box in my wall. this cause me to have to raise the tv a bit more than I wanted. If you are planning to have the cables hidden, it is imperative you have a recessed are for power and connections or you can kiss the flush mounting good bye. Even with the recessed, trying to get the cables to sit right took me and my daughter with small hands to get behind there and route the cables. As you can see in the photos, it is perfectly flush. You can set the arework to rotate every 5, 10, 60 min etc or sit on the same one until you choose he next one. You can tell it how long to wait before going to sleep if no one is in the room, you can set do not disturb times where it will not come on if someone is detected. Its a cool product and I am glad I waited for the Hisense.

Easy installation, great picture quality, and it's thin! I like how dim the screen can become while in art mode and that it comes with a frame of of the box. The sound quality is better than expected, although I'm still using a soundbar. It's also nice to have the TV higher up the wall so that my dog can't sneeze on it.

Just received my 55-inch Hisense CanvasTV today and I couldn't wait to set it up. Long story short, it has exceeded all my expectations. I chose to set it up on an easel stand (see photo), which gives it a unique and stylish presence in my living room. I am downsizing from a 65-inch unit which is a couple years old and was a bit large for this particular stand. Let's jump right into it: The picture quality is fantastic, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make everything look amazing. Even in a bright room with large windows, the anti-glare feature works exceptionally well, providing a clear and immersive viewing experience. The Art Mode is a real highlight—transforming the TV into a gallery of beautiful artwork that really looks like a painting on the matte display. My wife enjoys switching between famous pieces of FREE art, no subscription required. Setting up the CanvasTV was straightforward, made easier by the fact that I have the 55-inch version. The 65-inch would have been a chore to mount on this easel stand. The built-in sound quality is surprisingly good, filling the room with rich audio that eliminates the need for a soundbar, which wouldn't fit under this stand anyway. The one downside which I expected since my other two TVs also have this issue is that the Google TV interface can be a bit laggy at times. While it’s not a dealbreaker, it’s something to be aware of if you’re used to faster operating systems. However, this is a minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptional product and if you cycle your TV off and on (not sleep mode) every couple of days, the lagginess is less pronounced. The Hisense CanvasTV is a fantastic addition to any home, particularly for those who appreciate both style and substance. Yeah, there are other art TVs on the market but none deliver the same features for the price. I would highly recommend CanvasTV to anyone looking for a superb TV that looks good in a room whether it's on or off.

I purchased this TV for my study, and it fools everyone as art. TV is matted and adding a border help. It does well as a TV and Google TV application is a winner. We were so impressed I convinced my wife to add one in the master bedroom...yes! She is incorporating it with other art. Please note it does come with wall hanging bracket and a wide frame that bring more realism as art. Overall very satisfied.

Love love love this tv. If you’re looking for a statement piece that appears like a painting then this is the tv. Easy setup and easy installation.

It is the TV I have been waiting for. I was waiting for samsung to drop their prices on the frame tv but fortunately I found this elegant and smart Hisense. It is google Tv and comes with the frames. No subscriptions to have beautiful pictures.

We installed the TV a few days ago. So far, I’m impressed with the matte finished. We were worried that we wouldnt like the matte finished but we realized its game changing. Our living toom is well lit from the sun, so this tv has almost no glare for the art or watching tv. The google interface is also a plus and easy to navigate.

Awesome value and features. The TV mount requires studs, but doesn't give you much play. Only improvement opportunity is if it had a white border around the paintings.

Took a while to get this in right, but I love it. It meets the goal of a great picture that can look like great art, hanging on the wall. Included art set is very nice, and even has toggle descriptions so you know what it is. Picture is excellent, art mode is working reasonably well. Included frame is nice. Software is good. 20GB of storage is working well Only major complaint is that it doesn't have WIFI 6. Nor ASTC 3.0, but that is complicated with license fees. Quibbles: * Cable routing through the channel in back makes it hard to get the TV to lie truly flat. Especially true if you want multiple cables. * Adaptive backlight is all over the place, with the settings unclear as to what they apply to. * A little tricky to set up auto on art; the settings are in a few different places * The manual has mistakes * Processor is a little slow, but fair enough for a compact design

Easy set-up. The colors are pretty good and easy to adjust in the settings. Love the art mode without any subscriptions.

Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with my service at Best Buy. My sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about this television and showed me a lot of the pluses and the reasons that he felt like it might be a better television, the Samsung frame at a cheaper price. However, the display model in store has a totally different operating software than the television that you take home. Hisense absolutely will not help rectify the situation. I have called no less than 10 times just to be told that what they show in the store is different than what you take home. I would strongly say buyer. Beware there are several options in store that the Best Buy sales rep showed me that were really intriguing and made this a very nice television. You call Hisense and it will be 24 to 48 hours if they call you back and I mean if then when they do, they just tell you after sending them video proof software version numbers that I don’t know what I’m talking about I’ve been more than frustrated with this situation. So, what I would say is stay away from anything that high since makes their customer service is absolute garbage. The reason I’m leaving the review here it here is Hisense does not want feedback. They just want to sell tons of cheap TVs. Also, after a few calls, they will blackball you and won’t even take your call anymore.I do regret not paying a little bit more for a Samsung at this point, but the problem is now the Samsung‘s aren’t on sale anymore. Now I am stuck with a product. I’m extremely dissatisfied with.

Great TV. Installation was easy. Frame looks good. Had to recess a few outlet covers for it to sit perfectly flat against the wall. But of work but I’m very satisfied.

Most people could not tell if it was a wall painting or TV. Pro is it comes with a good stand and frame. Only issues is some of the hdmi inputs are hidden behind and hard to access/reconnect once set up.

Very pleased with this tv so far. Picture and color is excellent! Love the paintings that are free in art mode. Also love that there is no external box for this like the Samsung Frame.

We love this tv! Great purchase even though Best Buy was no help at all. They didn't know the frame choices are not available yet and I almost returned it because I wanted a black frame. It arrived with a grey one. Best Buy bot tried to get me to buy Samsung. So ridiculous! I finally got info online that I had to get the frame later. Glad I didn't listen to Best Buy and kept this tv. It is a great value and does everything Samsung does without the trouble of a huge control box.
