Very happy with my purchase. Using it directly across from a bright window in my kitchen and the matte finish has no glare! Colors look great, art mode is wonderful when not in use as a tv. Only wish the viewing angle was as good as the U8...but oh well. Love both my Hisense 55" tvs! Absolutely recommend!

I struggled deciding between the Samsung Frame and the Hisense Canvas. For the price and the features I'm happy with my decision. Many screensavers and so much art is available. Exactly what I wanted and it looks great.

The tv itself is fantastic especially at its price point. However there’s a couple features that I’d assume would come with it but don’t. For example setting sleep timer doesn’t turn the portrait mode on when the timer ends and there’s no setting to make it happen.

Absolutely love this TV! The art mode is terrific, a great addition to my living room. The frame installed on the wall looks so clean; everyone is like, "Wow!" Make sure to take a picture of the serial number on the back of the TV before you install it. Once it is on the wall, it will be impossible to do so.

We love this tv! Great purchase even though Best Buy was no help at all. They didn't know the frame choices are not available yet and I almost returned it because I wanted a black frame. It arrived with a grey one. Best Buy bot tried to get me to buy Samsung. So ridiculous! I finally got info online that I had to get the frame later. Glad I didn't listen to Best Buy and kept this tv. It is a great value and does everything Samsung does without the trouble of a huge control box.

Amazing TV. Purchased a Samsung Frame because at the time it was the only of its kind. Had it for like a week and it went out. I was very disappointed. Then I get this TV for half the price and let me tell you it's blown me away. Way better than the frame. It's fooled many people into thinking it was hanging art. Not having a box you have to put somewhere for your connections is a plus too. Very easy to set up and hang. Even the quality of the remote it's miles above. Can't beat it!

Like the TV. Easy to mount. Art looks great. Took a day or two for the TV to download the 1000 art pieces. Only came with about 100 I think reinstalled. Once I hooked up to WiFi they seemed to download on their own. TV pic is excellent. Not OLED but a nice picture. We don’t watch much TV where we put it so having the art on is really nice.

TV was really easy to install and lays really flat against the wall. Picture quality looks great.

We purchased for our downstairs. Best Buy installed, which I highly recommend. The guys were great. Love the TV. I like that there are art choices that you don’t have to have a subscription to use. It looks like a piece of art. Sound and picture are wonderful. Highly recommend. Also store associates very helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos BB, good help is hard to retain. You have a great staff.

I was initially reluctant to consider any brand I was not already familiar with when I was shopping for a new TV but upon entering the store, I was drawn to the picture of the Hisense Canvas TV. The streamlined appearance and almost matte picture were the two biggest draws. I find televisions to be an eyesore most of the time but the framed screen and available art display features made this one way more appealing!

We have enjoyed this new television. It clear picture and may finish are outstanding. The pictures of art are a compliment to our decor.

I have wanted this tv for a long time and overall am pleased with it. I compared it to the other brands offering the frame tv option and chose this based on reviews, price and not having to pay a subscription for the artwork. It is not as user friendly as I had hoped, the artwork rotates through a loop. My preference is a stationary picture which I am sure is an option but I have not figured how to do it yet. I was not able to load the spectrum app so I have to go through a Xumo box to get local channels. The tv turns on randomly while in artwork mode. Picture quality and sound is good. The same nonframe tv is a third of the price.

This t.v. Is beautiful with the non reflective matte screen & rotating art. Makes my living room so Much prettier!

I do not regret the price of this tv. First, the frame blends with my decor even without using the picture on the screen. The tv images are bright and clear in both a bright and dark room.

I love art mode. I didn't realize how pleasant it would be to have a different masterpiece on the wall ever time I walk into the room. For those who care I also hooked it up to my PC over HDMI and was able to display at 4k and read the text at all edges of the display. (With other flag 55inch TVs the characters on the sides get hard to read)

Beautiful picture, a lot of art options, very satisfied with purchase

We have very happy with the Hisense Canvas TV. We had tired the Samsung Frame, and did not like the experience. The picture quality is good, and the art mode is great. Highly prefer this Hisense Canvas over the Samsung.

The TV looks great and fits our space perfectly. Install was pretty easy, the only complaint we had is that it didn't come with dry wall anchors -- only masonry ancors. Cost us an extra $6 and a trip to Lowes to get dry wall ancors that could support the TV. Hardly a major set back, not even enough to lose a star. I'd highly reccomend this TV.

I love this tv, I wish I would have gone bigger for my space but it’s amazing and great quality for the price compared to Samsung

I like the slimness of the tv and the surrounding frame. It blends in nicely with my furniture. It was simple to have my son install the wall mount. The remote is a bit frustrating as the back is difficult to open to change the batteries and will require some effort to give some traction to get it open. I googled the issue and it was suggested to try using rubber grips to stop the hands from sliding. Hisense really needs to work on the design of the remote to make the back easier to open. I also think that the sleep timer in the remote’s menu options should be easier to set. Every time the number of minutes is selected the time the tv will turn off appears and slows down setting the higher number of minutes which is annoying. I usually just go to the settings/power to set the timer which is easier to deal with. If you can deal with the nuisances then the tv is attractive when displaying the wall art options but realize that doing this keeps the tv on. If you power down the tv to off then the wall art will not show.
