    Worked fine for 3 days. Picture and sound was good except there was blurring (football) with movement. On the 4th day it said there was an update and I opted to do it through the TV using the remote. It downloaded fine, applied the update then turned the TV off. Now it only turns on, shows "Hisense" then shuts off and now just continues to cycle on and off. Factory reset did nothing. Now the TV is bricked and going back . I selected a Sony as a replacement as I have zero trust in Hisense. Hisense support was difficult to navigate to a live bodyand when I finally got one and explained what went on they generated a repair ticket and said they would send a tech and I would get a response within 24hrs. Well, they fooled me once because 24hrs later I got an email claiming all was good and the repair ticket was closed when nothing was done on their end. Gave up on Hisense and contacted Best Buy using the website Chat. Everything went great with Best Buy. They will come get the trash a deliver the new, not a Hisense TV, in two days. Do not recommend. Hisense product is questionable and support was abismal and ultimately useless. I am just happy it was in the return window at Best Buy.
