Cannot turn off motion-smoothing

I mainly wanted a TV that'd be good for video games, and while the latency is low (particularly in game mode), the picture appears blurry and unpleasant to look at whenever things are moving. As such, I felt the need to return this since I wasn't fully satisfied.
