Looks great but the motion blur is bad

With it enabled it dims the tv to the point that you cant see. And with it off the motion blur on apps makes me dizzy. These new tvs really need to go back to being able to select the resolution and refresh rate instead of guessing it.

Good t.v frustrating settings

ARC Audio is broken on this model

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ARC audio functionality (audio from TV to a soundbar/receiver) stopped working after the first time the TV OS updated. I was able to restore ARC temporarily by resetting the TV to factory settings but doing so forces a re-setup of all settings and re-authorizing every single streaming app, which can take over an hour each time. Hisense replaced the TV's mainboard (the electronics that operate the TV), but ARC immediately stopped working again when the TV updated. Hisense support has been stringing me along and now wants to re-replace the mainboard again even though this is obviously a design/engineering flaw. I purchased Best Buy Geek Squad protection for this TV, but Best Buy won't do anything about this until after the warranty expires so I just have to live with a television that is severely crippled. Very frustrating experience that doesn't reflect well on either of these companies.

The greatest TV bargain!

Panel issues, no refund

Was not able to return to the store and was directed to Hisense support who were supposed to have gotten back to us and have not. It doesn't sound like we are going to be able get a refund for this and may be stuck with a replacement that might end up having the same problem if they ever get back to us. Was hoping to take advantage of a labor day deal to get a more reliable TV to replace it with. Besides this issue the picture quality is decent. Sound quality is not great but a sound bar would fix that.

What a surprise

Good luck trying to get an app to work on this TV

Netflix and Hulu do work but for any other app, it is easier to cast from my computer. Image quality and audio are good enough for the price, did not expect anything more for that.
