    Not very happy with this TV. The Hulu app works 30% of the time. It won't let me select a user and enter the app. I have to go into my phone and cast what I want to watch to the TV. Super sluggish otherwise. Wish I'd gone with another TV.

    This tv isn’t great at all. The amount the image degrades when view from even the slights off angle in ANY direction is atrocious. It’s 2022. Get it together.

    Product had a couple dead pixels right out of the box and a uniformity test showed the screen had some bad quality control issues. I returned it and would suggest looking at something else

    Beware of Hisense purchases

    I purchased this unit on Feb 11 of this year. Since then I have had to call a technician for repairs. The unit does not power on or off with the remote. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I reached out to the Hisense company and was disconnected from the call when a question was asked of the agent. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor work ethnic. Hisense does not stand behind their products. My advice would be to STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!

    My return period just ended and literally days later the screen went black. I call Best Buy and too bad, so sad is what they had to say. I cannot believe a TV that was hardly used did this. Wow, just WOW is all I have to say right now…RUN from this television!

    Overall for the price I guess it's an ok tv. It just didn't have much better quality than my older tv so I took it back...sorry Hisense but need to do better...

    Returned snd got a TCL series 5. Not a sharp picture. Lacks brightness and color. Needs a better sound also. HDR looked washed out and lacked contrast and sharpness.

    Frustrating and Slow

    I was hoping for a streamlined, efficient performance from this Android TV. Instead, it lags throughout the menu interface, and is just generally frustrating to use. The television was not particularly expensive, but I’ve used Roku and Fire TVs in the same price range that just completely outperform this dog. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this television to anyone. Keep looking.

    Constant Technical Issues

    The TV has to be reset multiple times before the screen corrects itself and constantly gets stuck on the reboot screen and randomly shuts off in the middle of viewing. Ofcourse the return window at Best Buy has passed and their is seemingly not resolve identified online or through Hisense support. And unfortunately this is a common issue identified with this brand.

    This tv will say i am connected to the internet with no internet access. But will still allow me to watch netflix. No other apps work tho not even the updates. Ive had this problem since i got this TV DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pound for Pound Champ

    This is my third HiSense TV and I haven't found anything that comes as close to the pound for pound champ of TV's. HiSense put so much in a package that doesn't dent the wallet. While it does come with Android TV built in, I still use my own streaming devices. The built-in Android TV was pretty snappy in the little bit I tested it, but there's no need given my main devices are better performers. But, if you don't wanna spend another $200 on a high end Android TV, the HiSense does remarkably well. I can't really say why, but this new HiSense is actually upscaling 1080p content far better than my older model. Maybe it's coincidence that Amazon, Netflix, etc are all using higher bitrate on 1080p content but it sure as heck can pass as 4k. Of course 4k content looks great as well as HDR content. The one thing I did was use the CalMan calibration to get the colors right. Out the box I think it was too yellow or too cool - I can't remeber exactly since it's been a while since I ran the calibrtions, but it was definitly not right. After tweaking, I had a beautiful picture. Everything about the UG6 is a big improvement over my old H8F, and as much as I love the old TV, that's saying a lot. The UG6 is worth the upgrade if you're on the fence. I really wanted a bigger TV on my next upgrade, but the space is limited to a max of 55 inches without throwing everything off center. Even so, the UG6 is more than enough TV for me. My old H8F is going in my daughter's room. She doesn't watch much TV and streams to her tablet mostly. HiSense hasn't disappointed me in the last 7yrs of owning them and once I get an itch to upgrade I'm checking out what they have to offer before I go anywhere else.

    What a hunk of junk! Had this TV for 4 days & it made a huge pop sound, went totally black & could not be turned back on! It literally roasted in 4 days. Really disappointed because we were so enjoying it until then.
