    i did not like the operating system it is an android.. i am just not use to is so i returned it and got an LG

    This isn't my first Hisense TV or my first Android TV, and this one improves in both areas. In a way, it's almost like updating your phone; they're both running the same OS, but it just runs better on the newer hardware. Even specific streaming apps behave better on the newer TV. I set my other one up using an Android phone, and it went slightly faster, but setup on this one was still quite simple. Once you're logged in, you still get the benefits of synchronizing all your account info on your Google account. The remote works well, and the TV plays nice with my soundbar through the ARC HDMI port. What little bezel there is around the screen seems even thinner on this one, and the picture is super clear. I don't have the most consistent broadband bandwidth, but this streamed 4K content well over wifi. I like my older Hisense Android TV, but I like this one even better.

    This is now our second Hisense TV purchase in the last two years. We also have a 55 inch Hisense Android smart TV in our master bedroom that we bought in 2019, which we have been extremely happy with, so when the 4-year-old TCL TV in my husband's home office/game room suddenly developed an internal thermal crack across the screen, we didn't hesitate for even a second to replace it with another Hisense. In fact, we immediately sought out the Hisense brand when we started shopping because of the price and the quality. This TV has lived up to all of our expectations. The picture is absolutely stunning. The colors are vivid, crisp, and clear. Even the sound quality on this TV is great! Flat panel TVs in general typically don't have the best sound and require either external speakers or a sound bar, but not our Hisense TVs! You can tell that they definitely go the extra mile to ensure a high quality of sound. The sound that comes from the internal TV speakers is just as loud and clear as can be. We also love all of the Android smart apps, which work flawlessly and are very responsive. Honestly, our two "lower budget" Hisense TVs perform just as well as our much more expensive 75 inch LG that we have in our living room as our main TV. If that ever dies (which it better not since it's not even 2 years old!), we will probably replace it with a 75 inch Hisense. These TVs give you the absolute best bang for your buck and can easily compete with TVs that cost twice as much. You get a ton of high end features without breaking the bank. Thank you, Hisense!

    The TV has amazing features with android TV, I loved using Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus in 4k HDR. I love the slick design. The picture quality is amazing with the great colors from the quantum led screen! I played on my PS5 and noticed the latency is pretty good for a TV. Honestly the most bang for your buck! I received this tv at a discount to give my honest review

    Great Looking Product(s) - Disrespectful Workers

    Viewing this up close at the Mount Vernon, NY location I could easily see what all the fuss is about with its blacks. Too bad for this location their inconsiderate and disrespectful salesperson thought it best to interrupt my conservation with another consumer, not once but three times. Surely I'll be going elsewhere with my purchase and not Best Buy.

    Good TV with a few warts in the software to be fix

    It's been a good TV so far but wanted to point out a couple annoying issues: 1) We use the headphone jack to drive a set of powered speakers for better audio. The TV will all on its own turn the volume all the way down to 10% and admonish the viewer for listening to the sound to loud. 2) For a period of time the voice search function on Youtube wouldn't work. Seems like only the original version of the app the TV shipped with worked. But when updated automatically stopped working. Seems to be back working today. Calls to tech support were courteous but they basically just said that's the way it is. I asked them to feed these problems up the chain but it sounded like there wasn't any mechanism to do that.

    I bought this and gave it two weeks to adjust the settings and see how good I could get the picture but it just isn't that great of a picture except for programs in 4k. The picture was often surprisingly fuzzy, the viewing angle is small which I knew before buying, but it handles blacks and dark scenes horribly. Overall it was worse than the 10 year old Samsung I replaced so we exchanged for a non quantum Sony and it is awesome.

    Great tv but limited storage is a big issue

    Picture quality is pretty good at this price. Audio is average as expected. It does get upgraded to google tv interface after few days. it's not the same as native google tv in terms of features. But main my gripe is the limited internal storage (4GB). I have bunch of streaming services (6-8) and this tv runs out of storage, even after using pen drive.

    I am overall very satisfied with this tv. However there is one thing in specs that says this tv has 240 motoin rate. The only thing to clear motion blur is to activate black frame insertion that causes crosstalk and duplicate image to appear. The screen gets noticeably darker and makes HDR content unwatchable. I wonder if Hisense could fix it with an update but from what I heard is not their strongest thing. Would be better if we could control motion like UG7 and UG8 can. Willing to change my rating upon reasonable answer from manufacturer.

    TV worked for 9 days then it just turned off and would not turn on again. I called support and they walked me through very basic troubleshooting ("is it plugged in" type stuff). Then told me it would be 3 weeks before a tech could come out to fix it. I noticed the other 2 negative reviews have the exact same issue so this seems like a common flaw, which is probably do to poor quality components. I decided to just return the TV.
