The picture and sound are great. We were especially that the remote does everything, as with the previous set we had to use two remotes. We do a lot of streaming with AppleTV, and that works fine. DVDs are very easy to manage. And the price was right.

I read many great reviews but when I got it home, I was unimpressed. Many basic tv, Netflix, and Amazon shows were grainy. I’m currently binge watching The Walking Dead on Netflix and the Hinsense seemed like a downgrade from my Vizio M49-C1 that I’m replacing. Your expectations may be different, but I returned this tv to Best Buy and paid double for a new QLED Q80A Samsung. I’m extremely happy that I did. The Hinsense U6G may be best in class for that price range, I don’t know, but don’t expect to get high end quality. It’s not. I was happy with the apps and sound straight from the Hinsense tv, although I always use a sound bar anyway. I would’ve been able to remove the Roku, just as I can with my new Samsung.

Better thant the VISIO M7

I bought a VISO V505-H19 and didn't l like the scene brightness and contrast ability and the sound was not good. I was thinking of going with the VISIO M7 series but saw a review on rtings.com that compare the M& to the Hisense U6G and concluded that the U6G was a much better value.

I enjoy android OS but I wish the TV had a little more processing power so it could run smoother and faster. But overall it's not a deal breaker and isn't horrible just a little slow.

It’s certainly brighter than older TVs. I like the menu options for quick control over picture, but there is limited control over motion.

Have not figured out where it is coming from but so far has not had an effect on the function of the tv.

Have been using this as our main viewing TV for a few weeks and have to say, I am impressed. Picture is great and is incredibly bright with the full array back lighting. Sound is loud enough but needs some tweaking to as the audio is a bit tinny. Overall, I would definitely recommend this TV.

I was looking for an inexpensive TV with either Google TV or Android TV operating system. This has Android TV. Works well no bugs and operates flawlessly. Very good picture for the price. I hooked up a sound bar so I really can not tell you the quality of the sound. Over all exceeds my expectations.

I bought one for 18 dollars. I got this on sale and so it was a great value. There were other tv's available but for the features and price I felt this was the best one. I do not regret my decision. This tv does exactly what I need it to do.
