    Way too expensive for how bad the picture is

    Thoroughly unimpressed with this television. I bought this tv to upgrade from my 50” Vizio V series 2020 that I’ve had for over a year. I’ve changed the picture settings to the suggested best use and it’s still not close to my vizio. The motion blur is awful. The sound is even worse. Best thing I can say about it is it does display colors vividly if adjusted to do so. I’ll most likely return this tv

    Returned to Bestbuy, Hisense had no solution for an issue with intermittent no sound from over the air stations. Sound on streaming was fine, tv had a good picture.

    I purchased this tv thinking that it would show as good as it did on display at BestBuy but it doesn’t. The guy in the tv department said it was a really good tv. Well it’s ok.

    Hisense 55” Roku tv.

    I like the tv. The picture is great when looking straight on. Angle viewing is not too good. When looking at the angle, the picture is very light. That is my only drawback. I love the Roku built in feature. It is so easy to navigate and the remote control is very simple to use. For the price I think it’s a darn good tv.

    Very limit video setting and dont have option to set smooth. Even game mode turned on and motion clarity. Not reccomend

    Fantastic For The Money...

    This is a terrific television especially considering the price. Color is outstanding and the viewing angle is better than I expected. I have no idea how the internal speakers sound since I'm running a toslink to my Cambridge AXR 100. Set up was a breeze and I especially like the placement of the legs because the television should fit on any stand. If you're on the fence about the Hisense brand,don't be afraid to purchase this product. I'm quite impressed with the quality of Hisence. A great value!

    EXCESSIVE VOC (Volatile organic compounds) smell

    This Hisense 55 inch tv is superior to my previous old 55 smart tv in sound and picture quality. My biggest gripe is the VOC (Volatile organic compounds) SMELL that never went away. I have read that this burning plastic smell is common on new TVs, and should go away after a few days, but this TV is a month old, and the smell is as strong as ever. This is my one great DISSAPPOINTMENT.

    WOW, I am amazed at the quality of this tv. First the inputs are very accessible, on the side and in the back, (not underneath where access is hard). Second, the sound from the optical output is fabulous through my sound bar and surround speakers. Third, I pick up channels through the antenna that I could not before, although weak I still am able to get them. The value for the money is outstanding, very good picture, crisp and clear. You will be happy you got this.

    Flickering with Roku v12

    I've bought two of these and they have a great picture for the money. The only issues have been the remote eating batteries and the upgrade to Roku v12 caused flickering and I had to get Roku to downgrade my TV to Roku v11.5 and all is well again.

    My experience with purchasing this TV could not have gone smoother. I did my research online and made my choice. After a quick and easy set up I was watching a very nice picture in no time at all. So far, a month in, and I really love my new TV.

    hooked it up and activated it and it worked find for a week or two. Occasionally when turning it on in the morning it came up with faded video and no sound. Was able to get it back to working with several methods but not easy. Finally had to start over and reactivate it all over again. Has been working ok for two or three days now. We will see how it goes.
