Cracked Screen, Clearly dropped before we purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV screen was cracked on the end... The TV was loaded by a Best Buy employee,... We opened and installed it immediately after the purchase... Crystal cracks were noticed when we powered it up and saw the crystal looking picture... It was clear that it had been dropped by someone at Besy Buy before we purchased it... Returned it, 2 hours later, the same day... store employees wanted to blame us for its handling... it was loaded by a Best Buy employee... it came out of our SUV and went directly onto our large Cherry entertainment center... We handled it with TLC... It's disappointing to be sort of blamed for a cracked screen that clearly happened before we even bought it... I should have known that "the last one" in stock might be a bad purchase... Buyers be careful with Best Buy... They really wanted it to be a problem we created and looked to do their best to not honor our return
