    Great picture quality, but hard to enjoy with the constant lag and buffering. It was was stressful waiting for apps to open and navigate in any app (YouTubeTv, Netflix, Apple tv, and others).

    My years old AppleTV (4th gen) is way faster and doesn’t blank the screen when changing video. Especially using YouTube. I find it hard to get color I like. My 17 year old Sony TV it replaced had better color.

    The TV is okay not as good as I expected. However the three stars is because it still has a really bad smell like plastic burning, chemical like.

    Video quality was not very good on older tv shows. Ended up getting a different brand that was an older model and the picture was much better

    Absolutely the worst television I have owned. Within a year and a half the TV doesn't work. NO NOT BUY Hisense tv's. Incredibly low quality.

    The TV has a good picture sitting directly in front. But for your quest the side viewing angles are very poor!

    Features locked behind subscription

    This model is lacking behind the previous version which did not have the lock, the audio, video and tweak settings are locked behind a customer subscription in which you have to set up an account and keep the tv connected to wifi. The speakers on this unit not include a subwoofer but dont let that fool you the previous unit the u7g had amazing audio quality, this unit does not and the subwoofer detracts from the total output of the setup as a whole dropping the total fullness you get as a user. Do not buy this unit

This is a Google TV and it requires users to log in with their Google accounts. It doesn't cost money to log in to your Google. If you don't want to log in, you can still access audio settings and video settings on other inputs such as HDMI.     Good tv when it’s on and working but it keeps turning off and freezing barely a week in, didn’t even put the tv onto a mount yet because of its issues
