    Arrived with smashed screen. No more in stock so returned. Bought a 65" 8k tv instead through Amazon and love it.

    I’ve owned this TV for a little over a year and there are ghosting spots on every scene that is white on the television. I wouldn’t recommend this TV to anybody.

    Returned it to the store due to the promo Hisense had. Friend and I got it but to get the free items allowed with it you were only able to receive 1 per household. Returned both of ours as I purchased the TV for the same price as the other. This isn't a review for best buy as the people there were amazing. Hisense fix your(I tried to put a swear word here but its not allowed) stuff.

    Hisense has a quality problem. I bought this tv and it was defective. The color calibeation was completely off to the point where the sky looked red. I did research and found out that this happens often. If you get one that works youre lucky. I returned it and got the sony x90L instead. Dont waste your time.

    Picked up yesterday after reviewing YouTube, every possible review I could find, drove 100 mile round trip . Setup was easy....but low and behold dirtly cloudy grey screen on all apps....prime YouTube etc....the home page is crisp and colorful... guess its going back to BB.

    Terrible TV for Sports

    Can’t even watch the NBA playoff using the YouTube TV app. All other apps work just fine, but try watching sports using the YouTube TV app and all you get is endless buffering. Buy a different tv if you enjoy sports and use YouTube TV!

    Best TV for the price!

    I have 3 tvs. 2 samsung - one entry level that was $450 and one that was qled for $1300 and now this hisense for $480. This tv has brighter and more vivid hdr content and regular hd content than my qled from 5 years ago. This shouldn't even be compared to entry level samsungs because the $450 Samsung does not even come close to hdr and regular brightness reached by the hisense. This is more top of the line for only $480. I also bought it because it's future proof for gaming. Has 120hz and 144hz hdmi 2.1 connection. Only cons i can think of is that there's a problem with my unit when using theatre night mode when green banding. Goes away completely when using threatre day or filmaker mode. But colors are accurate for hdr content i do prefer the color on Samsung tvs. Probably the most accurate but i did not even mess with color settings yet for regular hd content. This gets 5 stars because of the price and quality of this. Just hope it lasts longer than my Samsung.qled.

    We have it in our bedroom, and the most infuriating thing is can't access the sleep timer when in an input device. It's just over complicated, I dislike all the New Home screens. I personally won't be keeping this TV.

    Suprisingly very good quality built TV

    Coming from high quality gaming TVs and monitors , im actually really satsfied with this 55” Hisenese U7K. The picture quality is pretty good, sound is amazing has Dobly Atoms built in and a few different preset selections. While gaming or moving watching I personally choose Theater Sound and i tell you what the sound is exceptional! Sound is very good with theater like surround bass feel. Really enjoyable. Not to forget the 144 hz refresh rate sets this TV apart from most its competition at this price point of $550 Hisense knocked it out the park for every gamer who prefers TVs over monitors. In my opinion this is one of the best gaming/Movie TVs you can get in 2023 early 2024. Not just because its price point but its built quality from picture to sound and all its features. Never thought a brand like Hisense could make something of this caliber. But they did extremley well for this U7K series.

    Great tv for relatively cheap considering you get solid HDR, VRR, and 120fps modes for gaming with low latency. I would give this 5 stars but the viewing angles can be sub par. I have the TV on a movable/pivoting wall mount so I can easily adjust depending on where I'm sitting. If you have a large living room setup I would recommend a nice wall mount to pair the TV with so you don't have to worry about the angle too much.

    Great picture quality upon viewing head on. Filmmaker mode is the way to go. It gets the deepest richest picture. Brightness and pronounced whites when viewing from an extreme angle like most TVs in this range. All in all a great TV.
