Absolutely stunning mini led finally rivals OLED do not hesitate

You have to do a lot of tweaking to the settings to get it to a decent quality. But, once I messed around with those setting, it turned out to be a good TV.

I love the TV, setup was easy with another person. It took a while for it to consistently connect to WiFi but haven't had a problem with lag or reboots.

Stay away from this company and this product the Operating system is not good whats so ever and they false advertise. Plus the costumer service is really rude. Im not a picky buyer but when you buy something new you shouldnt wait for it to get fixed. Hopefully others dont go thru this and it not a wonder why they offer 2 year warranty.

Looks great, a very good bargain Tv, great especially for the price.

Hisense 55” Class U7 Min-LED QLED 4k Smart Google TV – is a great TV… especially for this price!! First, it was packaged really well, securely and protectively with Styrofoam! Out of the box, it was pretty easy to assemble the stand and bars. The actual stand is not the best made to support the weight of the TV (IMO) but the bars that hold the tv against the stand are made really well/strong. Bonus for me was that it is a center stand and not one with legs out the sides of the TV – like my other Hisense is. We had this assembled and on the TV stand in around 15 minutes. This TV is replacing an older Hisense 55” TV that we also have enjoyed and were very pleased with! This is a very updated and better version that I’m sure will be even better than the one from 2018. This 55” LED Google TV was easy to set up, nice remote that was also very easy to use. Super easy to hook up to our cable as well. It is Google enabled/voice activated. The TV is 4k/HDR, has 4 HDMI inputs, and features many streaming services already loaded and easy to access. The sound from the 2 built in speakers is good – could be a little better but in the bonus room it is fine. It is not an Energy Star TV which isn’t a deal breaker but would be nice. You have options to change for auto off, viewing options, voice options, etc. that make this better – with many choices. It was easy to set up and worked with my Google account on my phone for easy setup and Wi-Fi connectivity. It also works with Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit as well as the Google Assistant. We have watched a few movies and baseball games on this TV and the colors, sound, and viewing were great! I am not a gamer, but my son is and said this TV works really well with his gaming. He didn’t have any complaints (that is a good thing!) He was happy with the refresh rate and it didn’t lag. I would absolutely recommend this TV!!

I've had the opportunity to use a few Hisense TVs over the last few years and I have always been impressed with some of the most important features, but disappointed by some minor ones. However, this TV checks all the boxes and has none of the disappointments. Most importantly, I love the display on the 55" U7 Min-LED 4K smart TV. Out of the box the screen is at 100% brightness which felt blinding. Backing it off to 80% was perfect for my environment. I also felt that the color depth and brightness was a little too high and the colors popped too much, so again I muted the colors a bit. All of this is good because it gives a wide range of adjustment to tailor the experience to the particular room and tastes of the user. The blacks are rich and deep without seeming harsh. One thing in particular that I like is the smooth motion of the image. The 144mhz refresh rate, along with motion enhancement technology, yields are very smooth yet crisp experience. Sports or action movies are very clear. I am very impressed so far with the viewing experience. Perhaps the best part about the Hisense TV, for me, is also the thing that is most improved from previous offerings: the processor speed and the apps experience (loading apps, switching apps, etc). Previous TVs were painfully slow at this, but the 2025 55" U7 series is much, much better. Apps load very quickly and never get bogged down. Clearly, Hisense listened to the critique and improved this area. Perhaps one negative thing is that the TV is physically rather thick. We've gotten used to ultra thin panels but this one is about 4" thick at the widest point, and as such it is also a bit on the heavy side.

Picture died after 12 days. Unacceptable for new product. Returned for refund. First and last experience with Hisense. Kudos to Best Buy for seamless return process.

You can quickly get set up and watch TV on this beautiful 4k TV in minutes. It’s a little on the heavy side so two people to unbox is recommended but then the TV has two very stable legs that attach with a few screws and hold the tv firmly in place. There is then a panel that slides over the two legs to make a stylish looking base. When you turn it on, set up Google TV and away you go with your favorite apps and no streaming devices required. It does have 4 HDMI ports though if needed. The interface is very fast and then you pair that with the stylish remote that has Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and Disney Plus hot keys. It also comes with a customized hot key that you can program to select your favorite app, function or input. Lastly the remote also has a listening button to let you search for programs or apps with your voice commands. If you ask for an app that you don't have, no problem, it will install it. Once you’re watching through your favorite app, you get smooth streaming with a great picture. The colors are vibrant, the picture is sharp, and the motion is smooth for movies and live tv/sports. The sound from the built-in speakers is also adequate and has more than enough volume. The remote then comes into play with a circular button to pause, fast forward and rewind your shows. Overall, we are very impressed with this affordable 4K TV that has room to expand the devices connected and doesn't require a sound system to enjoy every day viewing.

The Hisense U7 T.V. is an amazing T.V. for an amazing price. In my personal opinion I don't think you could find a better T.V. in this price range. My previous T.V. had a 5.1 sound bar and subwoofer with it, but I decided to try just using the sound system built into this T.V. since it has a subwoofer built in. I was able to get the U7 to sound almost as good as my dedicated soundbar after a few days of messing with it. As far as the picture quality goes it is outstanding, the way that the screen can represent the darks and lights; try watching a space documentary and it is purely amazing. Finally the video game specific settings are very nice to have, especially if you have any current generation gaming consoles. One final note was that I was slightly concerned that glare might have been an issue, especially due to where I have to place the T.V. but it was no issue at all. Overall I couldn't recommend the Hisense U7 enough.

I could not wait to get this Hisense U7 series Mini-Led Qled UHD 4k Smart TV. I have been looking for HDMI 2.1 plus eArc Smart TV since I got my last Smart TV back in 2020, for better Wi-Fi connectivity, sound and picture quality and Hisense made it happen. My Hisense 55 inch Smart TV is almost five years old so I could not wait to see how much Smart TV technology has advanced. There are lots of features and settings to get the perfect picture and sound to match your preference. The Menu button on the remote allows you to adjust features such as picture mode, sound mode and new Intelligent Settings where you have the Room Acoustic Tuning that optimizes the sound effect in any room. Then there is also the General Settings for more refining of picture and sound. The sound of the 50 watt Dolby Surround system came through with clarity and bouce. Seeing Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio displayed on screen at beginning of viewing is a significant upgrade. The Hisense U7 Series has an unbelievable 4 HDMI ports at 2.1 including eArc of 165hz for higher refresh rate and enhancing overall visual experience. This is really a Gamers 4th of July. The display is a real standout and the picture is vibrant and bright, making it perfect for watching my favorite shows, movies and sports. The 6e Wi-Fi is a fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. The experience of the Google TV Platform has improved in getting better every year. I love the that tv base is positioned in the middle that gives the Smart TV a regal quality than legs placed at both ends. The new sleek style back-lit remote comes with features such as find my remote, customize favorite key and ambient light sensing. Hisense really out did themselves with this latest 2025 U7 Series ULED Mini-Led UHD 4K Smart TV. I could not ask for more quality, performance and price for a 4K Smart TV.

We have absolutely loved the Hisense 55" smart tv. This television has been a great addition to our game room. Our previous television wasn't connecting to the WIFI. But this tv was extremely easy to set up and very easy to connect. The sound quality is great, even without a sound bar attached. The picture quality is also great. We definitely do not have any complaints about this TV. If I had to buy it myself I would definitely consider purchasing this exact model again and again. The size is great as well, it fits perfectly in out built ins with room to spare on each side! and it fits on the TV stand. No awkward feet handing off. We would highly recommend this Television if you are looking for a new one to put in your house. so far we have not been disappointed! again, the HI Sense 55" tv would be a great purchase if you are in the market for a great picture and sound. its bight, sounds good and does everything you need and more!!! so go buy it right now, like right now, right now!

Looks good (picture), sounds is great. Hisense seems to have there act together, I hope they continue.
