From the help in selecting this TV to the installation and setup. I was impressed by Steves ability to accomplish and explain to me how use and operate and program different programs. From start to finish your people are professional.

Overall picture for movies/games is great the dolby vision is definitely worth it if you're a gamer. However the company who makes these TVs (HI-Sense) is a terribly company. There most recent "update" has made connecting to wifi practically impossible. When contacting the manufacturer about this problem they simply ask for your serial number and state they will get back to you. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money you'd be saving and by a Sony or Samsung.

Not a great TV

The straight on view is pretty good, however, once you move to the side, even a few feet, the picture quality is pretty bad. The faces of people wash out "white". I would recommend you talk with your sales person and have them show you various TVs at various price points to make sure you buy the best TV for your personal situation. Look at the TV from a side angle to make sure you're happy with the TV. I ultimately returned my Hisense and purchased an LG. Good luck in your search!
