    Tv looked and worked great…. For a year. Black line appeared on screen and cost to have it repaired was more than the cost for a new tv.

    Great Deal! Terrible TV! It says 4K but doesn't look as crisp as you would expect. I had the TV for 30 days and it started having "connection errors" despite being hardwired. I should have taken it back then but I did some troubleshooting and fixed it. Almost AS SOON AS I had the TV for 90 days (past the time for returns), some red, blue, green and yellow lines started showing up in the upper right quadrant of the screen. Thank goodness it was still under warranty so I contacted Hisense. They arranged for a technician to come out to service the TV or destroy it and send a new one. THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED!!!! I unmounted the TV and unplugged it for nothing!!! Its heavy!!!!!

    Decided to upgrade our living room 50” 1080P to a 4K and went to 60” while I was at it. The size is perfect for my needs - mounted above the fireplace with straight on viewing from amount 12 feet away. I am an AppleTV user so this is my first foray into an AndroidTV and I have to admit I was impressed. The menu system was snappy, and the apps loaded quickly and had decent user interface. Family members have Roku TV and Samsung Smart TVs and I would rate AndroidTV somewhere in between for ease of use. Much easier to use than Samsung Smart TV and infinitely less advertising. I prefer ROKU’s style of assignable inputs that appear next to the apps, but I actually found it MUCH easier on AndroidTV to download the apps and sign into them. The remote is a HUGE plus - very ergonomic and the shortcut buttons very applicable. I loaded my Google Play movies account that has thousands of movies tied available thanks to the partnership with Movies Anywhere. I loaded my recent purchase of Free Guy and the picture quality was fantastic. Colors popped without being saturated and I didn’t get any 4K soap opera effect that I was dreading. Sound quality was so/so. Volume wasn’t a concern and the speakers didn’t seem to distort at high volumes, so that’s good….they just didn’t sound great…which is to be expected for a thin budget friendly TV. Aesthetics are great. I love the thin bezels and sleek appearance. In fact it doesn’t really appear much bigger than my previous 50” TV that had thicker bezels. I do have to say that I’m still finding myself using my AppleTV box because DirectTV stream doesn’t appear to be an option in the Google Play store. I LOVE the picture that I see, and the Dolby Vision was a nice surprise. In conclusion I would recommend this TV to anyone. I’m not one who finds value in a $2000 TV set. I feel like you have diminishing returns on those pricier versions and I’m quite pleased with this set.

    Daughter picked up this TV for me and drive an hour to bring it to me. Best Buy employee loaded TV in her SUV…got it home and turned it on and looked like screen was all cracked up but the screen wasn’t damaged. Customer Service was no help…referred me to GeekSquad. This TV was obviously a return because I ordered on the 11/23 and received an email 30 minutes later saying out of stock. Only showed 1 in stock from the start. Received an email on 11/28 saying order was ready for pickup. Sound came on 15 minutes after it was plugged in but no picture.

    TV unboxing and setup was as expected. Interface worked fine but was a bit non-responsive. Used the tv twice and starting seeing issues with the image shortly after. We tried the typical troubleshooting and no luck. During the troubleshooting we must have scratched the screen with our hand as I see a small scratch/ pit which seems to ruined the screen. Hisense support was no help, kept me on hold for more than 30-minutes and no updates. Said the will not honor warranty. I own several Sony, Samsung, LG and RokuTVs and non of them are this fragile. For the money I'd stick to name brands.

    Low quality image. You can see a grid like pattern with light/white images. You're much better off shopping for a Samsung or LG

    I brought this 60in tv on June 20 and today July 20 (1 month) my tv decided to start doing this (negative coloring) it plays the sound normally but the picture is faded ..Is my tv about to go out after 1 month? I never used this brand before..I’m sad that this is happening

    I generally dislike smart TVs for having tons of functions I'll never use and far too many ads as well as laggy software. Out of all the smart TVs I've ever used, though, this one is one of my favorites. That doesn't mean it's without its flaws. The picture on the TV is pretty good. In 4K, my Xbox actually looks crisp and clear for once, and it doesn't seem to have that issue where certain games look really washed-out. The upscaling is pretty good too, because I'd hardly notice when using my Switch or computer that neither of those are really supposed to be in 4K. As long as daylight from my window isn't hitting it, it actually seems to be really good about not having issues with glare; and the construction is really study for a TV. (It's also a lot heavier than most modern TV's, so get help when you move it about.) Literally the only content that genuinely looks bad on the A6G is cable TV, which I get in some awful resolution like 480p or 720p. The one issue I've been having is that the software seems a bit buggy. For instance, I constantly need to go into Settings and force stop YouTube and other apps after turning off the TV, because apparently the TV only suspends apps instead of closing them and waking them up seems to break them to the point they don't work but not to the point they crash. This is annoying, but not to the point where I consider the TV unusable. It would be nice if HiSense or Google could fix this with a software update, though. Overall, the A6G is a pretty good TV, I'd say. It looks nice, with the non-shiny finish and extremely thin borders. The software has never got to the point that the TV needs a hard reset (unlike some other TVs I've used); and the networking capabilities in it are good enough that it's never got stuck buffering, even when playing Stadia. If the app-breaking issue would be resolved, I'd be happy to give it 5 stars.

    The Hiesens 60” A6G series TV is a very good entry level set at a great price. A6G series has many good qualities that make it a great budget TV. The size at 60” is great for a living room or large bedroom. With Android TV built in you have the streaming world at your fingertips. The interface is fast and responsive and the streaming channels load quickly. I have had other TVs with Android TV that were buggy and froze all the time. The 4K picture is sharp and clear. With HDR, whether it is Dolby HDR or HDR- HDR10 the colors pop and draw you in. With Chromecast you can cast from your mobile device to the TV with ease. There three HDMI inputs, one composite, RF antenna, two USB inputs, Bluetooth and one digital optical output for all of your devices needs. This TV has you connected in every way. The picture itself is very good, but not perfect. If you are a videophile then this set will leave you wanting deeper blacks, which at times seems like dark gray and not black. The remote is a typical standard remote with all of the expected buttons for all of your needs and has voice control, however it is not backlit. All in all this is a very good TV and my family has been very pleased with it’s performance.

    After 11 months of use, the Pixels screen started to broken down to a point I need to buy a new tv! Not sure if it’s just this product or in general a bad company. Very disappointed.

    Black screen of death after less than six months

    Do not buy. Less than six months after purchasing, we got the black screen of death. Look it up, it's common with these Hisense TVs. The TV turns on, you can hear sound, the screen is backlit, but there is otherwise no picture. We're currently dealing with Hisense to find a solution, but what a disaster their "support" is. Feel like we flushed $600 down the drain.

    I purchased this tv in July 2021 and a week after having it the screen started doing what is shown it picture not sure how to get it to stop. Would not recommend this tv.
