I recently purchased the Hisense 65-inch TV and have spent sufficient time using it to share a balanced review. Picture Quality: The picture quality is average. In certain scenes, the display appears either overly contrasted or too dull. Adjusting the picture settings results in only minimal improvement, making it difficult to achieve consistent image quality across different content. Remote Performance: The remote control has noticeable input lag. Button presses are not always registered immediately, which affects navigation and overall usability. System Stability: At times, the TV becomes unresponsive and restarts to a blank screen. This impacts reliability and disrupts the viewing experience. Overall Experience: While the TV is acceptable for general viewing, the inconsistent picture quality, delayed remote response, and occasional system instability prevent it from standing out. Software and performance improvements would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Sometimes it skips a little bit when watching imax movies

This TV is exactly what I wanted and expected. Easy unboxing and set up. Had to purchase some third party hardware to accommodate my existing wall mount, but that was a minimal expense (4 spacer screws).

The picture and everything seems to be good. I bought this to replace our amazon fire tv that went out, same size and this was a fraction of the price and more responsive.

The picture is great for the price. A lot of the extra feature aren’t needed and I would recommend turning most of them off in the advanced settings menu. The FireTV OS is slow and laggy but gets the job done.

Great TV for the price. The remote is way better than Samsungs remote, and the quality is great.

I had the TV for less than a month and now there’s a green screen whenever I turn on YouTube. Very poor quality.

[Employee of bestbuy] This TV has great quality, picture and color. I got the 65 inch twice for presents and after getting it setup and watching the game on it, it looks great! It is a fire stick so you'll need a Amazon account but that was no problem for us. The only Ick is that there tends to be a bit of lag with the remote and tv. It takes about a second and a half, for many it may not even matter but it's something to remember. The audio goes all the way up to 100 but even at 15-20 you could hear it from the other side of the apartment. Was very easy and quick to set up and the 65 inch is a really good size tv for the living room/bedroom. My mother in law said she stayed up until 4am watching a show on the new hisense tv lol so you can say it was a successfully gift! Thank you hisense!

I really like this TV screen. It is working well and the internet connection is good. The screen quality is good. It is 4K A6. I like to recommend this.

This was the best gift given in 2025. The price, value, and performance of this TV are phenomenal. The Size and quality fit our living room perfectly. The perfect size mounted on the wall, and we picked the perfect place to purchase, no other than Best Buy.

Screen displays a nice picture and love the built in fire tv has every app I need! Can be a little slow sometimes but that’s most TVs now a days. Overall very happy with the purchase of this TV good sale when I purchased it as well!

Product does what its supposed to but i have to do a restart on it several times to get some of the apps to work. Hoping its just firmware and itbwill be resolved soon
