    Disappointing ! Still images are clear and bright, but who watches still images on a HDTV?!?! Apps respond very slowly, need reset constantly, and the screen is blurry when images move. We’ve tried resetting and reinstalling apps, but no luck. If using a Firestick, the response is better, but I shouldn’t have to use a firestick when the app is built-in. I should have returned this, but missed the window. It will become our backup screen for kids gaming and Jackbox.

    I ordered this TV not knowing it was a prime tv. Im not a fan of prime. I miss my Samsung tv so I’ll probably switch back and give this one to one of the kids. I don’t like how the Home Screen is centered on prime

    the guy that carry the tv at the front door was super rude, he little was mad about everything, we park on the spot, he yell for us to move to ghe front of the store, then he laugh about the size of the car and that the tv will not fit, even when i was helping loading the car and it fit perfectly

    The product was a gift for a business partner, unfortunately, the item was defective. It only shows lines on the screen. Now, it's a hassle bringing it back to the store to have it replaced. You put me in a very bad situation with my business partner.
