This TV is the best deal I could find that has all the features I wanted for the great price. The set up was easy and intuitive. At 60 Hz, it gives you a smooth action shots as long as your connection is good and you are interested in watching TV as opposed to playing fast moving video games. The 65" 4K UHD screen provides all the details you need for a pleasant viewing and once you are over a couple of feet away, you won't be able to see any difference between this and a Neo QLED screen as far as the details are concerned. Just know that you won't get the deep blacks and the color richness you would get with the latter. Even when I set it to the "Vivid" mode and increase the contrast and sharpness, the picture is still a bit dull. Also, once the viewing angle starts to increase, the color quality will suffer and everything will get a bland, pastel look. But as long as you are directly in front of it, you're good. You just have to decide if a superior picture quality is worth an extra $1000 to you. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star instead of five, is because of the reception and the time lag I get with the live streams and the internet speed. I called the tech support and they said there's nothing wrong with the TV and it's my router that's the problem and if I connect the TV via an Ethernet cable instead of the WiFi connection, the problem will be solved. Well I hooked it up with a 1000Mbs 250MHz Cat6 Ethernet cable and disabled the WiFi and still no difference. I still get about 70Mbs download speed on the TV when I can get about 300Mbs on my phone from the exact same location. Either the tech support doesn't know what they're talking about or they know but where told not to admit to the problem. I'm still debating whether to keep it or bring it in for an exchange. I love the price tag and I'm OK with the picture quality. But about 10% of the time the mouth movements don't match the sound until after a few minutes into the show. And this re-occurs every time you hit pause. This doesn't seem like a lot but when it's constantly repeated it just becomes annoying. Hope this helps.

I LOVE IT!!!!! WE ALL LOVE IT!!!!! Best tv EVERRR!!! I’m sorry but I have to shout… this tv is amazing. The quality the sound the model of the tv is out of this world. Awesome! I have another tvs like insignia which I hate it because it lags and takes forever to go to an app I love. Now this tv Hisense omg!! I love the fact that my favorite apps are right there quick and easy. And gets fast. I don’t have to wait until it opens. It’s amazing. Now I can be in the living room with my kid and enjoy the tv and time with him. My son said “ mommy I love this tv it’s like it’s wrapped around me” lol. Thank you Hisense for making a tv that fantastic.

I feel like its slow to navigate anything on it. I dont do much on it other than watch my regular tv app. You can access the internet but i dont use it for that do to the speed of it. You can link it with your phone and have all the google access you want that you do on your phone. You can only download a minimum amount of apps on it. My other Tv's was a Samsung and a Roku. I would much rather have a Samsung or Roku over the Google tv as they are much easier to navigate. They are more user friendly. If you do not use a computer much or know how to get around on electronics much then i would not suggest a Google Tv over a Roku or Samsung. There are several things that you can do on the Google Tv other than watching tv programs or apps. Its just more difficult to navigate if you are not one who uses computers daily or at all. If you do not have a paid programming app it is very difficult to get free channels to google. Ive canceled my paid apps and i couldnt get the "free" Google channels they said you can get on this tv so i had to go back to my paid app. There is so much more that you can get free on the Samsung and Roku than on this Google tv. With the Samsung i got my music channels and Live Tv and i just couldnt get anything on this Tv. It keep saying unavailable and kept trying to load. So yes this is the reason i would not suggest this Tv. I've even went thru all my setting on the Tv and my phone trying to get it to let me get the "free Live GoogleTv" it just would not let me get it at all. So i had to go back to my paid subscription app. The other Tv was much more easier to access their free version of it so would i get another? No i would not its just too hard to navigate vs. the others. Dont get me wrong i do like Google just not for a Tv.

Probably one of the best Tvs i have ever owned! I replaced my 50 inch of the same TV with a 65, and it was definitely worth the money and upgrade! The picture is clear and amazing, and the Google TV interface is great!

sound is great picture is okay when the tv is doing it’s pics from them it looks great the colors are vivid. but when i watch a show tv or movie. the color doesn’t look what at all to me. i tried to mess around with settings. also don’t love that the people look 3d. that’s the 4k i think. i should have asked questions

Great purchase that was made. This item has great color, and awesome price for size. The is a good smart tv and will buy again when it is at the same great price!

Great picture and value for the money! Very light, LOVE the Google TV interface. I only knocked off a star because the PTA guide can be laggy and some channels don't come through like in other TVs in the house. No regrets though!

The sound is not so great, best used with a sound bar. The picture quality is not bad for the price. Google TV is a nice set up also.

Everything from the start was good. From delivery to setup. The picture quality and color are amazing. It was easy to set up by myself and I love that it connects to my gmail. I’m going to purchase another one within the next few weeks. But a bigger size this time.

For the price its great! Overall good picture and color. Sound is audible. Little white washing in the corners and sides, but for the price totally acceptable.

Honestly i did not think hisense was a great tv always awalys believed in tcl until after 3 years my very once expensive 75inch tv picture went out no lods in hone no animals single working woman 3 years i love this tv the quality the picture its awesome and lets not forget google assistance

2 Days in and experiencing a magnificent picture. Have watched 2 March Madness Games in Sports mode and the latest episode of Mandatorias in Theater Night mode and absolutely impressed. For the price this UHD is a steal. Shout out to the Geek Squad Team (David and Rafael) that mounted it for free under my Total Tech plan. Awesome professional service!!! Stress Free Install, absolutely must.

this tv is a GREAT budget option. we originally bought a 75” for our living room on black friday last year and we’re very impressed with the quality of it. so this year we replaced our 10 year old tv with a 65”. very happy with the purchase, the picture and the audio (Dolby) are both great.

It's a very good TV. Easy to handle and with excellent functions. Very nice and recommended. This brand can compete with any other.

It's been a couple of months. No issues from the TV. Picture is great. Speakers are meh but we have tower speakers coming in so I'm not worried about that. We'll see how this holds up over time.

The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp details. The 4K resolution truly brings movies and shows to life. Sound quality is decent for everyday viewing. Setting up the TV was a breeze, and the interface is user-friendly. The smart features are smooth and responsive.

Overall it's a nice TV it's set up like a smart TV but I like it because it's Google. You can use voice activated features from the phone again. So far mine's held up since it's been delivered also nice and loud
