    First one was DOA and required me to box it back up and return it to Best Buy for an exchange. Best Buy exchanged it without question. The 2nd worked great of box. For the price, it’s hard to complain about features and performance. Great value TV IMO.

    Constantly freezing. I have to unplug the TV to change the channel because the image is frozen. Worst TV I have ever owned.
