Slow operating system
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a display this TV is great the sound quality is magnificent but for Smart TV it lacks the smart with that being said it's very slow and it freezes up quite frequently, but for this price in size I would recommend it for a starter and if you're on a budget

Do not purchase!

We purchased for black friday so it is not even a year old and we have had so many problems with it. Turns off randomly. Restarts Freezes constantly (we have to unplug and plug back in multiple times a day) The settings change for different apps. Extremely slow! It takes forever to react to anything, volume, menu, selecting app or show. ANYTHING. Most of the time the sound comes on before the picture. It is very annoying. We only got about $100 off for the deal so it's not like we had a huge sale and got what we paid for. This tv normal price or discounted is not worth it. We unfortunately did not get a warranty but I feel there should still be some sort of manufacturer warranty for this as it has never been misused or anything. It came with problems and we just never looked into it because we ddnt any warranty :(

DO NOT BUY FROM HISENSE OR BESTBUY

After some internet research, I unfortunately learned too late that this is a common problem and the tv must now be trashed. Hisense and Bestbuy will not even service the trash Hisense products that they are peddling. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on this junk. My 2 Sony TVs are 10+ years old and going strong! I’ve spent much money at BestBuy over the years, but will now never buy from them again.

Best Buy delivery is horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First scheduled delivery by Best Buy was cancelled because of a road closure with no possible way around it. Checked online and no road closures were in the area, and certainly no possible detour wouldn't have been accurate here. Second scheduled delivery was cancelled because Best Buy put the TV on too large a truck that was restricted in my area. This is untrue, with no road restrictions existing. They lied again. Both cancellations were at the end of the scheduled time window after I waited for them half the day. I contacted Target and had the same TV in my living room the next day with no hassle. Don't get anything delivered by Best Buy! By the way, the TV (from Target) is great so far.

Terrible TV

Hulu app doesnt work right, the tv locks up about once a week. Finally ended its life with the binking red light of death. Google TV is terrible compared to Roku and some of the other tv options out there...Dont bother with this one...
