    I love this tv. At first there were a few glitches with it, but then it has worked great ever since. Love everything about this tv and the fact that if needed you can use Bluetooth to some headphones.

    TV has a great picture for the price but that's is about it. Very slow and boggy interface. The tv would randomly drop wireless connection which you would have to manually turn off and on the wireless option on the tv to reset the connection. I finally got sick and tired of that and returned the tv. The tv feels very flimsy and cheap. Glad I returned it, feel like a dodge a lot of future headaches with this set.

    I bought this tv on nov 28 got two on sale for 300 black Friday pricing, picked them up on dic 15 and now feb 1st got a black screen with vertical ghosting and jumping purple rectangles, didn't bought geeksquad warranty which i seriously regret, Options are to warranty it via hisense and see how many extra time ill waste waiting for a replacement, go for a tcl, Westinghouse or insignia i can vouch for all these brands but i devided to give these a shot, i sold the other one and i really think ill have to replace that as well. Even with no faulty panels the UI feels sluggish and the control is big and bulky.

    Purchased television on Black Friday due to existing issues with the television in the MBR. When I got it home the set up was easy and once it was set up, bam what a great TV for the cost or any cost. Well worth the cost!

    Usually I dont buy "OFF BRAND" TVs but unsprung for this one on a sale price and it turned out to be a great tv. It does take about 15 seconds to load Netflix tho.

    I bought this on BF first I bought the 50 in Hisense which had Roku on it. Then I saw this one and it said It had Roku from the online add when I unboxed it and hooked it up its says Android TV. Like my phone which uses google play to get apps I expected all the apps that I stream from on my other Android devices to be compatable with this one but its not. I can not down load apps for two of the main streaming apps, both Spectrum and AT&T TV are not compatible. Now I have to go and buy a Roku or FireStick in order to watch my streaming cable channels. Luckily I only paid $299 for it..

    Bought this TV on Black Friday for 299. Picture is really nice but applications are very very slow. Often times the TV would give a black screen with sound for 2-3 minutes. TV would freeze up when trying to return to home screen or switch between Netflix and Hulu. Not user friendly. I got so frustrated I returned TV to the store and purchased a better TV. Wouldn’t recommend this brand.

    The television is decent for the price. However, my screen came with a flaw that looks like a scratch or dirt trapped under the screen. I think it may be a patch ot dead pixels. I'm unsure, but it's noticeable at 10'. You get what you pay for.

    I love my new tv! At first there was an issue with stalling when I wanted to change inputs. That has been fixed. I still can not watch movies in 4K. I have to use Apple TV for 4K.

    If you’re planning on using this TV just as a smart screen, you might want to reconsider. The updates do not download by themselves and the wifi disconnects randomly. I had to purchase a ethernet cable to use with it.

    This has got to be the worst tv I have ever purchased from Best Buy. It constantly locks up and requires unplugging to reset in order to even use the android tv. Today not even the remote would work even tho the show was playing. I changed the batteries but nothing. Tried turning the tv off but couldn’t so once again had to unplug it and let it sit for five minutes and restarted it. Don’t buy is all I can say. Wish someone had told me before I purchased. Should have known it was on clearance for a reason.

    I bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves the TV. The refresh rate gives the TV the ability to compete with more expensive TV’s. The apps are great and connects quickly.
