    TV would freeze. The remote would sometimes not send the signal to the tv. And sometimes say no internet connection when we did.

      Hello Mimi, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570F. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Awesome TV had it for a year now to be exact and no issues. Android TV does lag a bit but you can not beat it for the price.

    Please DONT BUY! Save your money and buy other better products. This TV is SUPER slow, restarts every now and then and remote lags a lot. I did try to do too many things to fix it, does not help. Go for Anything else. I wish i could return and buy another one, but i was late to open it and try out, return policy was too less to try and notice and return, Best Buy should look into these issues.

    I recently purchased the hisense SMART TV 65H6570F on Best Buy, at first it was working ok, but after a few days the wifi connection kept disconnecting, at first i thought it was my internet provider but they change the cable and router and the error kept happening, i tried doing a factory reset on the tv, the main issue is that it connects and after 20 minutes it says that the connection doesn't have internet but all the other devices including other smart tv in my home works just fine, i even tried connecting the tv via ethernet and the error was the same, i already sent this message via email to hisense and did not get a reply and the phone number says service unavalible. Do not waste your time and money not a great purchase.

      In our experience, making sure WiFi is enabled on the TV, moving the TV closer to the router, and resetting the router are potential fixes for this issue. We are sorry to hear that none of these options worked along with a factory reset nor using the Ethernet connection worked.

    You got what you pay. Good image quality and that's all. Slow as a turtle and lots of glitches. My Roku TCL is way better.

    This tv has so many issues. It freezes everytime I watch it. Also some apps are not compatible with the tv and you will have to go through your fire stick which is very frustrating because the purpose of me buying a smart TV was to be able to use apps. Also the tv lacks sufficient Memory to download all the apps that it is compatible with. I constantly have to unplug the tv and restart it . It’s very frustrating.

    TV is slow to load apps and has to be frequently optimized to clear the cache. If you don't, the system freezes and you have to unplug the TV to restart it.

    If you live in the area of the warehouse I would suggest to grab your item from there. The gus in the warehouse are cool and very helpful

    Best Buy was amazing for the purchase we buy most our tech through them but 21 days before the manufacturer warranty was up the tv just died won’t turn on

    Tv is great. Has a lot of capabilities for adding on apps. The best part is the "share screen" option for Android phone users.

    I purchased this TV as a Christmas gift for a relative and no more than a month it went bad unfortunately i did not purchase an extended warranty through BestBuy thinking this would have lasted much longer than it did i went through through Hisense manufacture to see what they could do to make good on their product but they are the worst company i have ever dealt with they made every attempt to cancel work order they stated they had set up and when they finally sent a repair person they did nothing but scratch 3 X on the screen so it could not be replaced and stated the manufacture would be in contact with me to see if the TV would be replaced and of course they would not replace it but offer a refund in 3 to 4 weeks this is the most selfish and cheep company i have ever dealt with and Best Buy should not do business with them as i should stop doing business with Best Buy for selling such a cheep product that does not honor or supports the people that buy from them i will spread this horrible product to everyone i possibly can once again a very horrible TV company

    Portions of the TV don’t work

    The tv has a great picture, but the google play store does not work. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the manufacturer as well as Best Buy and have not heard from either outlet. I can’t download apps because the store does not work. It says that it is my internet connection but every other app works fine such as pandora, Netflix, etc.. this needs to be fixed immediately!
