It freezes up all the time and I end up having to unplug and plug it back in at least once a week. It's super slow and unresponsive. Today an update came up and it will not finish the install and it won't let you do anything with the TV until it is updated. No option to not install the update. That's what happens when you buy these crap Chinese electronics. I will never buy this brand again.

There is a one year warranty on this television and I plan on trying to get it fixed! If a company takes pride in what they put out there, they will work with us to fix what shouldn’t be broken after only 3 months SMH ☹️

Horrible so far

I just set this tv up and it is struggling to connect my phone and oculus when trying to connect via chromecast and now it’s not able to load Netflix. I keep getting an error message when I try to open application. Hopefully Hisense can push an update to fix the connectivity and Netflix issues.

Super Glitchy!

The remote bounces all over when trying to use it, the TV is extremely glitchy and sometimes takes up to five minutes just to change a channel. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but I would recommend anyone to spend a little more money and get a better television. Additionally, the picture fades from dark to normal sporadically.
