Nice look but not compatible with most apps

Buy anything else!

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as the Black Friday doorbuster for 299.99 and seemed to be a good TV.... at first. about a week after the return window expired I started having an issue where the image became garbled and unwatchable, after shutting the tv off for several hours it was fine for several more hours. I contacted Hisense at the forementioned 888 number and was told to send a video and proof of purchase to the email given and they would be in touch to set up a repair, After 48 hours and no call I called them back and qas told the info was not received and told to re submit. I ended up having to submit the same documents 3 times before calling and speaking with a manager and he found it in a matter of seconds and posted it to the account and was also told they needed a picture of the sn tag on the tv /^+/ i was never told they needed. I sent it in and he found it in seconds and promised the tier 2 team would be in touch within 24 hours. 48 hours later and no call, I had to call them back to find out I was approved for an appt to have a tech come out. The tech came and replaced the main board and all seems to be working finally but, beware the company is a joke.

WORST TV PURCHASE

Actually I never had too. I would say that I would not purchase a Hisense product again. It was the worst purchase. After a couple of months of use the TV screen went blue then black. It was constantly having picture screen freezing. I would have to reset the TV every time I had this issue. The android interface was the only thing good about the TV. The audio is good not great. So Hisense sends me a refurbished replacement. On the second day of using the TV. I had to call for service on it for a blue screen again. So the repairman came picked it up. They returned it after two weeks. After receiving it I had to call again for service. This time the screen is literally loose in the frame. Its literally rattling in the frame. I would say that Hisense customer service was great. Hopefully Hisense can get me a TV that actually doesn't have any issues. I would suggest to spend the extra money to purchase a better quality product.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Not my best purchase

I dont know if its the brand or what but everytime i turn my tv on it takes at least 10 mins to pretty much warm up, before i can really do anything after that its fine. Other wise if i try to do anything its take forever to move over up down anything even the volume. I should of stuck to what brands/style i knew of.
