    Bought this for black friday, and while the screen is decent, the overall androidtv experience is slow and laggy. Bought a firestick to get it to work well. I am disappointed that the return window has expired as the TV randomly reboots and won't power on at others. I won't ever purchase a HiSense again and wish I had spent a little more and bought a different TV.

      We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up. Please do a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. For the issue with the TV turning on please try unplugging the unit from the outlet and plug the unit back in, Changing the batteries in the remote or attempt to turn the TV on with the power button located on the Television.

    Tv blacks out once in a while. it has a huge delay when I change inputs or wanna go from hulu to youtube.

    Had to return for a new one, only 2 weeks in my house. Hdmi 1 and 2 failed. Hope this one does not
