    Ordered and got one that the hdmis was not working ....all of them not working ...got a replacement best buy was so helpful.....now after a few months the screen goes green and won't show anything ..never had so much issues with a TV ever ....well u get what u pay for I guess.

    So many issues in such a short time made it an easy decision to return and rethink if I want to buy another Hisense in the future. Had it for exactly 4 days. First issue was the screen froze up to a dark blue image and it would not respond to any commands. Had to unplug and start over. Twice. Then the WiFI problems began. Just kept losing connection over and over. NONE of my other devices thru the house ever do that. Streaming was basically impossible and pointless. To top it off, both my sound and picture settings preference kept resetting to default randomly. I had enough. So, I started a chat with a BB rep and was told to call a number to arrange pickup. After being on hold for 15 minutes, the new rep told me they can't pick up and to take the tv back to store and start the return there. Complete waste of time.

    The tv picture goes in and out and sometimes changes color to pink and then I have to turn off and on again. Also the tv goes black when using the smart tv features but then starts working after about 10 second delay. I just received the tv 2 weeks ago and already having these issues.

    The TV pauses whenever I try to watch a show. Sometimes it goes off automatically, horrible buy and I haven’t had it no more than 2 months but unfortunately Best Buy will not let me return it with the receipt and original box.

    We purchased this tv and thought it would be decent as it had pretty similar specs to our Samsung that we had rented after our old one broke but this tv is absolute garbage. It had issues connecting to our internet which none of our other tv's experienced and took a long time to load streaming services. After we got it to load Hulu, it would provide the audio but not the video, then we got it to display both but with a significant delay between the audio and video. We finally got it to work but the image quality is awful. Despite working around the settings, the picture is dark and grainy, not what I expect out of a 4k UHD tv. This looks like a very low end LED tv. Very dissatisfied with our purchase and will be returning immediately.

    Bought this TV on 12/17/2019. Five weeks later the TV has no picture only sound. Called Hisense support. Hisense support sent out a repair person 1-1/2 weks later. The repair person showed up on time, Changed out a couple of boards and no luck. Determined it was the LCD panel. Hisense told him to scrap it out. Now, Hisense is telling me it will be 3 weeks before a replacement TV will be sent. There is no guarantee the replacement will be new or refurbished. All I can say is stay away from Hisense products. Spend the extra money to buy a better tv from a better brand.

You will indeed get a a replacement unit however it does not take 3 weeks to have a unit sent to you.     picture is fine, sound is fine but has a mind of its own. Won’t connect to internet most of the time...turns off randomly. freezes up and won’t do anything. don’t waste your money to use it as a smart tv

    The tv is okay if you use it as a dumb tv. It lags very badly and is extremely pokey using its android system. Price was very good so no real complaints since I use a nvidia shield. You might want to look else where if you plan on using the tvs android system.

    It's not very good. I wish I had sent more money and gotten a descent TV. The picture keeps getting dark and the TV has to be reset. Many apps won't work. Hulu only plays audio for the first minute. It has to be reset and restarted constantly.

    I can not recommend in good conscious. Although very welled prices, many software and hardware issues experienced within the first month. I recommend spending the extra money for a different brand.

    Want a TV that will make you cry? Here it is, folks, the biggest piece of crap you can waste money on. We downloaded Disney+, and it was too much for the TV. Now it's prompting us to delete apps, but the only one we can delete is the only one we put on it, the aforementioned. It skips, it loses connection, it sends us back to the home menu constantly, shuts off randomly. I hate this TV. It was my husband's Father's day gift, and I'm embarrassed of it. What a terrible gift, this piece of junk isn't worth the paper money is printed on.

    World's worst product and tv maker ever. I had several issues with this tv within the first 3 or 4 months let alone the first year. Tv froze, wouldnt go off or sometimes come on. Two times it came on by itself. Netflix and disney plus and a couple other apps would not open on this tv. Called customer service within this last year about 6 times and they sent a tech out sent software via mail on a usb. Did phone troubleshooting. Finally after all this i demanded a new tv and they honored the request. I have a new one now but dont trust it so im on this website (bestbuy) to purchase another tv make.

    Bought this TV replacing it with an older Samsung plasma 45IN. The store didn't have one on the wall that I can look at but showed me a different TV that was supposed to be similar when it came to picture.. I got it home at it up and will let's just say it didn't last me than a day.. Yes your getting a 65in TV for under 400 bucks out the door, but even my 400 is too much for this TV.. The picture was so fuzzy out of the box I was afraid of what worse would look like in the future. Reading the reviews after the fact that picture was Destin to get worse.. I brought it back and paied 400 more and got the 65in LG 2019..Great warrenty as well.

    The TV stops working after I purchased it for 1 and half years, it's such a short lifetime for TV. I contacted both Hisense and bestbuy but, was told it only has one year warranty. I guess it makes sense that the TV only works for less than two years otherwise what is the one year warranty for. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and the service comes with it. I would be OK with it if it lasts for couple of more years. It's a waste of all the materials to build it and a waste of my money and time. Will never buy a Hisense product.
