Don’t know what the issue is.

Smart TV 65”

First of all I brought it Nov. 29th I picked it up Dec. 2nd it was easy to put together but in two weeks my remote completely stop working. Then the TV started having a mind of its own it started changing stuff by it self and everything. Now it looks I’m have to take it back. I’m so mad because I usually read the customer reviews before I buy anything but not this time trying to get Christmas shopping done and being I have one of these type of TV’s that never gave me no trouble but not this same model I said it should be fine boy was I wrong. And believe me this 65” isn’t no light TV.

Horrible Television

Fortunately I purchased warranty and was able to get it replaced with a new one, but I continue to have issues and what fixes the tv is for me to unplug it then plug back in. I need time to save money to buy a real brand. I do not recommend anyone buy it especially without warranty. I was told that if I hadn't bought the warranty that I would have had to deal with the manufacturer! Very Disappointed Customer,

Does not work well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cant believe it! Never thought it would happen to me after reading some of the bad reviews! I had another hisense 65 inch model Roku that so far never gave me a problem, however this one freezes at least twice a day. Once it freezes remote don't work, i cant lower volume, change channel and image gets stuck! Only way to solve this is to unplug the tv from the power outlet, and restart it. Total pain. A few times have been worst in where the tv goes completely black. Tv would be awesome otherwise, great price but next time i will just pay 100 bucks more for the samsung! Sad :(

Poor signal

It's almost impossible to keep this TV connected to the internet via WiFi and it constantly disconnects. This is the only TV in my house with this issue. My internet modem is literally 5 feet away from it connected to my desktop and it says poor signal. The apps that I watch on my other tvs I can't seem to find them in the play store and I'm having to watch them through my fire stick. This was the worst purchase I've ever made. I will never purchase this brand again!

Bad wifi connection

Disappointed

Don't Buy. Trust Me, Just Don't.

Connectivity issues and power up issues but thought it was because it was a budget tv. Month and a half or normal use and the TV had white and grey bars down the screen. Would not start any app and simply went to a black screen before having the bars return. Stay away. DO YOURSELF AND FAVOR AND BUY TCL INSTEAD. If budget is what your looking for.

You get what you pay for

Honestly with the extended coverage I'll be upgraded to a newer version. Tv was awesome and ran with minimal issues, occasionally having to unplug and reset it but ither than that it worked great and had a good picture

Only to find out that the TV only has a 3 month wareanty which I am past. It is slow to respond and takes time to get things going. When it works, it's a great TV, otherwise a huge disappointment, don't bother getting this TV as you will regret it.

This TV is the worst I have ever purchased.

The set frequently freezes up and takes forever to load apps. Currently we can only use it to watch using our cable connection. The set seems great as described, but the quality and processing capability are subpar. Don't buy this TV if you plan to use it for streaming. We have it hard wired to a gigabit connection and it still does not work reliably.
