    Terrible TV for 4K and UHD

    It does not respond well with 4K HDR programs. Picture pauses, sound sync issues. Works ok with some of the native apps but not HULU. Seems like Hulu is too much for it to handle. Always start with a long Picture pause while audio continues. Hooked up my Roku Ultra that I have used for a couple years on my previous 55" without issue. On the HiSense it was a disaster.

    I own this tb for a little over 3 months while the picture was great at first by the second month it’s start having problems with the volume the. The picture now it just looks horrible. Contact the company who didn’t seem to care and told me to have it service. Hard listen learned these stats that given my be employee cause this to sucks

    Internal speakers can’t be turned off?

    There doesn’t seem to be any way to turn off the internal speakers so I can use my sound bar.

      Porcelainsqua, Turning the tv speakers down to 0 followed by connecting the sound bar with ARC will allow you to control the soundbar volume with the TV remote. If you have any questions give us a call at 1-888-935-8880. Hisense

    Another horrible purchase! The TV takes forever to turn on and catch up with itself. Volume is very loud until it levels out. Channels get stuck and then won't catch up to its original state. TV lags if you don't shut it off. Horrible. I own another hisense and love it. I am disappointed

    I bought this TV on black friday, worst idea ever. Color settings would randomly change, and 5 months into owning the TV it completely stopped working, TV only stays on for literally less than a second before shutting off.

    After 3 days out of the box I've had it shut-down and restart for no reason.Then noticed it act ridged with not keeping up with the sound on TV. I never wanted to buy from BestBuys again but the TV is an Android that I wanted.

Please perform a factory reset on the unit. A factory reset can be done by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     This is garbage. If you decide on buying it make sure you register it on Hi-sense website and save the receipt. mine took a dump after 3 months . and the customer service is horrible. thankfully i kept on my daily emails to them and got my money back, then went and got a Samsung.

    Worst experience ever. I have a 10 year old Insignia that I had to turn on after this piece of doo doo went out in less than 2 years! And the Insignia is not SMART!!! Doo Doo

    Worst tv I’ve bought in the past 10 years. All the apps freeze, hitch, stutter and then ultimately crash causing the entire TV OS to hard restart itself. TV is basically unusable so getting rid of it after only owning for a year

    The tv screen just went black after 2days of us buying it and when I called to try to return it they told me they aren’t doing returns until April 29 so we had to spend more money on a second tv..I really do hope I get my money back when I take it back on the 29th

    The TV works good while It still alive but turned on randomly. Now it turns on with light and sound but no images. I’m trying to contact the manufacturers get it fix.

    This tv looked good, but we had issues with the volume. Every 3rd or 4th time we turned on the tv, the volume would not work. We would have to turn off the power strip and then turn it back on to work. Took back, and we will not buy Hisense anymore.

    I purchase this TV for my mom birthday. And two weeks later it shut itself off, and every time you power it on it shuts itself back off. And because she dispose of the box now she have to wait for the TV to be repaired.

    The TV stops working after a while, it gets super slow, the remote stops working after 2 days. It gets fixed by restarting the TV which is annoying. I don't think it is the brand. This version is not worth it.

    This broke in a month...then Hisense came to repair it..said it was not able to do so and had to cash out the value...this took 2 months...never again...got a Westinghouse and a Samsung now.

    Although I purchased this tv at a great deal, you do pay for what you get. TV works awesome sometimes but is nonresponsive and apps crash other times. I would not recommend purchasing.
