Got a replacement. Within 24 hours then picture did the same thing. Returned them both and got a Samsung instead.

Already BROKE

NOT a very good TV to Buy

This is Crap TV don't buy.

Excellent budget TV!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok I did a BUNCH of research on Ultra-HD tvs with HDR leading up to Black Friday, and I had my eyes on a 55" Samsung for $329 before I saw this one. Review after review constantly complained about different software issues (Android app lagging/not connecting or a bunch of bloatware apps); I didn't really care because I intended to plug my PS4 Pro in since this is for a small room. So I'll say this: if don't have a Roku/Firestick or video game system to use Netflix/Youtube and you intend to use the Android fuction, there haven't been good things to say, so good luck. But as far as my first day with it: V: 9/10 - WHOOAAA wasn't expecting it to be so crisp! Once you plug into one of the 3 HDMIs and fiddle with the picture settings, this thing is BEAUTIFUL! I played GRID, I tried Netflix, and Youtube and everything was in great detail. I will say it doesn't get very bright and I did have to switch picture settings between video games and tv/video to achieve the best picture. If you're a rookie, keep it on Standard or Game picture for better brightness. A: 7/10 - The audio is a bit lacking; that said, it does make up for it with loud volumes. Again, in a SMALLER living room, you could keep the volume all the way around 5 (out of 100) for night time or crank it 85 for loud, clear noise. The downside is the lack of bass really, but go into the settings and mess with the surprisingly robust options (even an equalizer) and get the sound how you like it. I'd suggest turning the audio option to Music when you're just playing tunes and Home Theater with movies/shows. Overall, 4/5 stars because I haven't had a Hisense Tv before and don't know of it's durability; also if I intended to use the AndroidTV or apps, I read plenty of mad people. Although it could be brighter and the audio more crisp, I think this is an EXCELLENT buy! Get a soundbar and you'll be all set!

Hisense 4k tv

Its been four years since I've had the tv and its still goimg strong. Picture quality is real good for the price i paid for the tv. It has a slim profile and bezels are small too. Volume is loud but if you want depth obviously you would need a sound system like most tv even the expesive ones. Lastly, fornthe price its a great bargain.
I would recommend this to a friend
