    great Tv for the price

    I like the TV however I can't seem to hook my Sony surround sound to the Tv using a HDMI cable. It also says the refresh rate is 120HZ but I can only get 60HZ but other than that its a pretty good buy.

    The screen quality and sounds are all right, but the memory is loaded with issues. After one year of ownership certain applications like Netflix and Hulu won't load properly. By year two the memory has bricked altogether and doesn't even have enough to perform a factory reset. Disappointing and frustrating.

    I've primarily used for gaming. Xbox one x and PS 4. No problems great picture. I'm going to try on Xbox one series s to see how it performs and update later.

    The most frustrating smart TV that I have ever used. I received it as a gift. It looks good, the imagine quality is great. Overall great for the price. Until 1 week after the remote was not responding, lagging, or just not registering any input. Contacted Hisense, got a new remote. Then the TV started lagging, not responding , freezing. I should have just taken the receipt, returned it, add a couple $100 to it and get a Samsung 65".

    TV died with in 5 years, thank goodness for Geeksquad protection. Don't by Hisense. (also, no storage for smart apps, unable to expand storage)

    Didn’t like it, kept on getting stuck and increasing volume on it on got a replacement and had a display issue with the one… so I wouldn’t recommend it…

    If you buy this tv for 499 you should not be surprised when you get it. The sound quality is tingly with no defined low end and the picture quality is inferior to similarly priced tv. It is clear that they made significant sacrifices to bring the price down by $200 dollars from the Hisense - 65" H8F. The tv kept disconnecting from my wifi even though the router was in the other room. I tried both the 2 GHz and 5 GHz and it has a similar issue. When I connected this tv to my Samsung soundbar via optical connection the sound was much quieter than from my 8-year-old Samsung TV. They advertize 120 Hz display but the native display is only 60 Hz. Watching football on this TV is disappointing especially after spending $500 dollars. Don't waste your money and be disappointed with your purchase. Purchase a more reliable brand with a better track record.

    Beautiful picture and sound. Terrible functionality. I returned the first TV thinking it was a lemon, the second tv is just as bad. It constantly locks up when loading apps and switching between apps. The tv freezes several times a day. Running a fire stick or xbox apps I have no issues with lockup so its definately the tv. You get what you pay for a cheap tv. If you buy this tv, get a firestick to run with it. I will not buy Hisense again.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Poor Picture Compared To Other 4K TVs

    This TV replaced a Vizio M65-D0 that unfortunately died after 2 years, so I didn't want to spend much money on a new TV. Well, I probably should have because getting used to the picture quality on this HiSense H6500F is challenging. There isnt much you can do in the settings to improve the quality or brightness of HDR. If you're just looking for a 4K TV that's cheap and don't mind a dim picture, this might work for you. Otherwise, spend another 200 bucks and get something that looks decent. I will be replacing this soon as I just don't think it's worth spending money on.

    Broke in 3 months

    I bought the tv, in about 3 months time a while line appeared down the middle. A day or 2 later the rest of the picture went. I called Hisense because it’s still covered under warranty. Took about 8 emails, and 5 phone calls over 7 days to get answers. Now I need to go get the original receipt to send to them to get a refund in 4-7 weeks. The tv was made less than a year ago(aug 2019) and just died for no reason. It wasn’t overly used.

    Save your money

    I bought this on Black Friday solely on price. I had it less than 45 days and the screen goes black and then came on with grey bars. Took it to Best Buy for an exchange and had to wait for another one to be shipped to my house. (No big deal). Today (13 days later) same problem. Grey bars. No picture. I’ll be taking this back again for a different brand. No more Hisense for me.

    Hisense tvs are junk! Don't buy this brand

    We had problems from the beginning. Glitches and the tv turning off in the middle of watching something. Now the warranty has expired and the tv went to this screen "Your device has failed verification system halted" Will not let us do anything it is stuck on this screen. Contacted Hisense and they offered a software upgrade and that did not work. Nothing works to fix it.
