Have purchased several Black Friday Hisense now and have not been dissapointed yet. I occasionally find certain apps will crash mainly Hulu it seems but has gotten much better. Hisense is a great way to get a huge TV with 4K and HDR on a budget and these work great to game on as well. I run my PS5 on this and it looks amazing. I always recommend the geek squad protection plan though because electronics always have a chance to be faulty and Best Buy is great with their replacement plans.

good quality picture . sound mediocre. issues with connectivity

Have been using this TV for 3 months now. Great picture quality when viewed in isolation. Obviously, it's worse than a high-end Sony or Samsung, but again this is in a different price range. For the money, it's great bang for the buck, Android TV is pretty smooth and vastly better than Roku since it has a mature app eco-system along with built-in chromecast ability which is really convenient.

Its veen a great tv. A little laggy at yimes but all in all 8/10.

Very good picture. great value. plug and go with WIFI no wires. The remote is a little clunky but no deal breaker. I would buy again

Got this on Black Friday and for the price this is a great TV. The audio is actually better than my TCL TVs, picture is very good as well. I'm really like the Android platform especially since it's built in Chrome cast. This TV will be for the backyard, so it's not the everyday TV, but I am considering switching it out with our living room TV because the picture and audio is so crisp. For the black friday price we got it, I didn't have much expectations only that it worked, but so far it is exceeding those expectations.

Great Black Friday purchase for $249! This is my second Hisense tv, my other one is a 50 inch Roku that is four years old. I am still getting used to the Android platform and so far no issues. The only downside is that you can’t get the Apple Tv app on this Tv. The sound is ok. It is kind of “tinny” sounding. It could be better. I got a sound bar and that seems to help. The picture is great! I am glad I purchased this but just in case, I purchased the 5 year protection plan through Best Buy. Can’t go wrong!

This is a very budget friendly tv that offers a great picture quality for the money. When you're looking for a tv in this price range and on this size you have to make compromises. So if you are in need for a big tv for movies and overall Smart tv services is a good value. But if like me, you have a better tv somewhere else in your house the difference is going to show. TCL series 4 for me a superior tv.

I got this during BestBuy's Pre-Black Friday sale. It was delivered in just two days. Overall pretty good TV for the price, I am not picky about the quality that much, just want something big. I saw many people indicated that Android TV is slow compare to Roku TV. But really can't tell any difference between my 55" Roku Hisense and this one. I do like that I can connect my Bluetooth headset directly to the TV.

Good TV for the price that I paid $249.99 during Black Friday Month in November. Picture quality is good and apps are easy to use.

Lot to improve in OS performance. Side load apps helps to hack free content. But need to bare with bugs. Hardware is decent, having good sound and picture clarity. Go for its, if its not primary in the house.

Kids love the tv. Great pic, even better price! The remote has frozen on me a few times. Not the biggest issue, but annoying.

We were lucky enough to get the pre black friday price. Delivery was seemless, they kept me updated when they were arriving. It went to our office to use for training videos. It is a nice picture and easy to mount. It is nice to have all the ready loaded streaming options . We probably wouldn't be using those at our office but who knows. Great price and picture.

The TV is nice and the picture is clear but this tv freezes up at least twice a week. We have to unplug it from the outlet and restart it to get it to work. Also the Hulu app freezes daily with this tv. All the other apps work fine but Hulu seems to always have a problem. I wouldn’t purchase this brand again but it was such a good deal for this size we couldn’t pass it up.

fantastic. sometimes the apps freak out a bit, but once the content is playing it's fantastic. Fantastic at the price.

The tv works. Audio is decent. Picture is reasonable relative to several others on-site. I bought the insignia sound bar and optical cable. Did not work with the tv. We can blamestorm all we want. As a customer I return to buy more based on brand experience. The hisense compute system is slow. Remote does not respond well. And have to be near the tv to work it. User manual is not useful.

Got this on a Holiday deal and while it's quality certainly can't be beat for the price I paid, it's definitely still a "budget" tv. 3 months of use in however and I have no complaints considering the price point. My biggest operational gripe would be relatively weak and oddly directional speakers, and I'd definitely consider a soundbar to use with it. I'm not a huge fan of the Android TV app and it can be a bit slow on this TV, but it certainly wouldn't stop me from purchasing.

Always had problems w this tv. Constantly told memory was low and apps needed to be deleted for more space. Deleted some apps same iasue. Power button on remote was finicky and would work 1/2 the time. Hit the 2 yr marl and screen went blank. Time to buy a new tv.

This TV for the price is really good, not the best off course but you cannot go wrong. Pros: not heavy, android tv is great, so many apps available, definitely the way to go. Cons: Sometimes the android smart tv is finicky, it crashes and you have to unplug nd plug back in, not all the time. The response is sometimes delayed too, but not a huge deal.
