I have over 200mbps over WiFi in my living room and sometimes the television doesn't pick up it up, that's my only complaint. However, after a quick restart it helps fix the issue. Otherwise, for the price point, the television is amazing. It's huge! I went from a 39" to a 65" haha and I think my next television will be a 55" or just a Ultra Short Throw projector

This is an awesome 65 inch TV for the price of $249 ! Picture is far better than I thought it would be. So easy to set up, it practically sets itself up ! Very intuitive. Picture quality really is quite good. Now for the sound. It's not bad, but for $249, that is easily remedied. All in all, very happy with purchase and would buy it again. Plus the connectivity on this TV really is good. So many choices to choose from. The remote is nicely done and very well organized. Great TV and thanks for the incredible deal BB! Glad I was able to get in on this exceptional deal!

For $250, this tv is 100% worth it. Any higher price, probably not. Quality is good but not great like an LG tv. Google tv integration is outstanding and since its an android tv, you can install apk apps outside the play store. Dev options is not recommend as it freezes the tv.

Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6510G. We do not recommend sideloading apps to the television however not to worry with the issue you are having with your television freezing please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. If this does not resolve the issue please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at service@hisense-usa.com.
      Thanks Again,

We look forward to hearing from you! Hisense

The TV display a very good picture and sound for the price but the TV is definitely glitchy. I've had the TV refuse to turn on until I unplugged and replugged it. I've had it turn on by itself. I've had it lock up until I unplugged it. Overall its decent but not a great buy.

Has some memory issues (as in not enough) for an android TV. We have a couple of streaming services that require the apps -- Netflix, Hbomax, Hulu, Amazon Prime pretty much fills the memory. It is a good TV for the black friday price of 250.00. Picture and sound are above quality for the price. Good edge and color viewing.

The picture quality is decent if it's in a dimly lit room. For a budget 4K TV its alright. The only huge problem is that the android tv operating system is laggy and works very poorly. If you get it for a good price and you use and external smart device then it's a decent buy.

First thing I want to say is, do not buy at full price. There are better options in the $500 price range. That said, the sale price I got this TV at was $250. If you can purchase it for that same price, do not hesitate, GET IT! The sound is actually pretty darn good, for the built in speakers. I don't have a sound bar or surround sound system yet, and this can definitely do for now. Black are not deep at all, no local dimming. Operating system can be a bit laggy, and unresponsive at times. I don't want to come across as negative, this is a five star review I'm leaving. At $250 this is a five star deal and TV. Don't spend more than that.

This TV has an absolutely beautiful picture, especially when running it with a streaming device via HDMI. I performed all of the system updates before testing everything out. I would give it 5 stars if not a few things. 1. There's a slight delay with the interface. 2. Sometimes when unpausing a show, you'll hear the audio while the image stays frozen. This happens alot while watching Hulu and other streaming services. 3. When you connect a 4K device to the HDMI, it reads it as 1080p. You then have to go into the settings for the input to tell it that you're looking for 4K for the input. After that it will always look for 4K in that input. I have 4 older Hisense models in my house and they all do 4K HDMI automatically. Not sure why this new model is different. All in all this TV is great. I recommend getting a Fire stick or Roku stick to go with it.

Purchased this item online on Oct 29, 2020. Got it delivered on Nov 2, 2020. Purchasing & delivery were smooth experience. Set up was easy and intuitive. Bought it on early BF sale Pros: - Price to screen ratio (65") - HDR support - 3 HDMI slots - Antenna and Sound cable slots - Chromecast built in - Warranty registration was easy - Setup took less than 1 hour - Bestbuy extended warranty was cheap add-on - Good picture quality for movies, gaming & sports Cons: - The remote controls both TV and sound bar and is not smooth experience - Cant pre-schedule channels like in some other low end TV - TV speaker is not great. Additional speaker needed - Some times TV sound automatically switches from sound bar to TV speakers causing bad experience Overall satisfied with TV Thanks

Great bang for your buck! Excellent TV. Android TV took some time to get used to as I was accustomed to Roku but it's user friendly. The TV does have some lag issues and freezes from time to time. I'm not sure if my internet is to blame or if it's the TV itself. But overall happy with this purchase.

For the most part, the tv is a good deal for the holiday sale price, just dont expect it to be perfect! The tv has a great picture except for one little thing. I noticed that when the picture has a white or bright screen that there is a slight gray bar that is about 2 inches in from the edge of the screen around the whole tv. Looks like it may be the outline of the lights behind the screen. The operating system(Android) gets laggy sometimes, but has always eventually worked. In one instance, the TV froze and I had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to respond to the remote. For a tv I payed $250.00 for its not a bad deal, but if you want a superior tv all the way around then stick to the more expensive ones. Would be good for a guest room or something of that nature.

Great Sound & decent picture; however the remote is awful. I am unable to load certain apps because Goggle Play Store does not carry them or compatible.. for example Spectrum Cable. I'm not sure if there is a fix but for now it stinks. Another pain point r around every two weeks I have to clear data/ cache because of low storage. And I only watch TV Tuesday evening and Saturday and Sunday till 6pm. Again I'm not sure why I have to remove or clear data. The TV I had before was a Samsung (2018). I added the same Apps Disney, Hulu Netflix & Prime and never had any issues at all and I was able to add my cable carrier app (Spectrum). I would not buy HISENSE again mostly because I I rather not have the headaches. I want to unbox and go.

The jury is still out on this set. The picture is gorgeous! However, in the 3 weeks I've had the set, I've had 3 issues, 1 minor & 2 major. 1. Whenever I fast forward a recorded program, the words get out of sync and I have to add/delete an AV Delay [fixed] 2. Whenever I switch from the Home screen (Android) to the TV, the TV goes back and forth between a black screen & TV and sound cuts in and out [fixed] 3. The sound no longer plays through the Visio SoundBar (attached via HDMI ARC). I'm still working with Hisense Tech Support on this. But, after 4 phone calls, it's still not fixed...AND... they've never called me back when they said they would. I've had to call them back and remind them of their promised callback. This is NOT good customer service! So, basically, when everything works, it's great! But, so far (after only 3 weeks) everything has NOT worked as expected!

excellent TV for the price, probably the best on this price range. Just keep in mind as an Android system same as phones or tablets it always need to be restart at least once a week to keep the good performance (restart not turn off on your remote)

It's a nice tv, got it in black friday for $249 the reason why I mention the price and the date it's because for that price range the quality and the size you couldn't ask more but if you get it at a regular price the competition has more quality in the picture and same price ish, the only down side of the tv whatever price you get it, it's that the smart tv part it's kinda slow and if you open too many apps at once (more than 3) need to hit the optimize tv feature so it closes them all and it's smooth again ish The definition of the picture on shows movies etc it's good although you can feel sometimes there's a slow refreshing rate causing it sometimes to show some parts of the show movie etc not as high as other areas of the movie/show etc been displayed also don't use for gaming or games on the tv itself through Google store it's just not made for that it will lag.

Modest price, android platform, moderate performance=enough compared to value. Negatives: slow, sometimes remote does not work, you have to unplug. You have to open click on the connection to connect a device. Picture size is not adjustable.

Let me start by saying that after I turned this TV on I thought I was going to have to return it the picture was awwwwwful. But after 10-20 minutes the picture started looking normal. I think the default color settings on this TV are messed up (or at least mine were) and I had to go in an change a bunch of picture settings. I also feel like it might have needed a warm up or something. That said, the one thing I would call out as not great is the "Smart" part of this TV. It's super slow, and although I've downloaded a firmware update that seems to have speeded it up a bit, It's not something I would use. I'm a big Amazon FireTV person and so, I just hooked up my 4k FireTV to the back and it worked perfectly and was fast. For the money, It's a deal. The Sound is actually pretty good too for the price.

Decent sound and nice vivid and clear picture. A bit slow changing apps (we have very fast internet) Screen flashes white when going to screensaver, can be very blinding in a dark room. Overall, for the cost it has been outstanding. $250.
