YOU CANT BEAT THE BLACK FRIDAY PRICE FOR THIS TV. ADD THAT THEY TOOK AWAY MY REAR PROJECTION TV FOR $25 AND THIS WAS A NO BRAINER. IT WOULD HAVE COST ME THE SAME PRICE TO HAVE MY RPT HAULED AWAY. THIS IS STILL A QUALITY 4K TV FOR THE PRICE. IMO, YOU CANT GET A BETTER 65 INCH 4K TV OUT THERE AT THIS PRICE POINT. THAT BEING SAID, I HAVE AN LG OLED 65 IN IN MY LIVING ROOM SO I GET THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN QUALITY AND PRICE POINTS. FOR MY BASEMENT, THE HISENSE GIVES ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEED.

The pic quality is great! All apps are awesome, however freezes with Hulu app. Not sure why, have to rewind or go out of the show and go back in for it to work

I should have returned the TV when I had the chance. There isn't enough memory on the TV and everything is incredibly slow or doesn't respond at all. The remote control is unresponsive at times and the screen goes black when streaming, no matter which app you use. The screen works when you watch TV or when you're on the home screen and even when navigating through apps. It goes black as soon as you hit play. You can hear everything and you can see the video thumbnail when you were wondering if fast forward. If you don't plan on streaming, this TV is great but that's all I do. I also have Best Buy's Total Tech Support but can't figure out how to get help. Whenever I visit my membership area, all I can see is consulting services and installation services. Very frustrated but it's what I get. The black friday deal was just too good to be true. These must have come off of a truck that flipped over or something. Good luck if you decide to buy one.

Picture looks good. For the price I paid you can't beat it in 65" however the feet were missing and I had to contact the manufacturer. Im still waiting for the replacement feet.

I read review after review, but didn't want to spend a lot. Purchased this when it went on sale for $399. It's FANTASTIC! The picture needs adjustment initially, like all TV's (go to rtings.com). If you have a good source input (not crappy Dish satellite) the picture is great for the price. No way would I spend $600-700 as the difference is too minimal. The sounds is LOUD. Almost too loud. I keep it at a 5-7 out of 50 on the scale and my hearing is not perfect. So many apps to choose from. Be sure to manually update any app already on the TV which you want to keep (very easy to do). The only question will be how long it will last.

For the price of this TV you might be afraid it wouldn't be the best quality. I cannot say that was our experience. It has a clear, well-defined picture. It's packed with features and is easy to use. (I was having a problem casting from my phone to our old TV and I was able to download the app directly to this TV and have had no problems viewing my discovery+ programs.) Our old TV was working fine, but I am totally pleased that we bought this one to replace it.

Great picture and excellent sound. Be cautious though, this TV is supposed to come with the 2 legs, however the first TV I got was slightly damaged and didn't have the legs, best buy returned and replaced it only for me to find that the second TV also did not come with the legs even though it says they are included. Seems odd that twice the TV came with no legs. Luckily I was able to do a wall mount but if I hadn't I would be totally screwed because Best Buy wasn't even sure how to correct the missing TV kegs issue. They were kind enough to replace the TV but the manufacturer seems to be messing up.

Great picture and amazing sound! Was looking for a cheaper big screen option and I was not disappointed! Initially I wasn’t planning on using the smart functions much (I typically just run my Xbox or PlayStation) but the ease of use convinced me otherwise. Despite the relative cheapness this will provide an obvious upgrade in picture and color. The room I use this in is fairly small so the sound and sound quality are more than enough.

Great value. You get what you pay for. Would recommend a different brand that powers better.

Bought this during their sales event for less than $240 and baby it was one of the best purchases ever. I love the ease of the display and makes navigating my apps super easy. What more do you need a TV to do? If it only lasts two years it would be still worth the money and I got free delivery. My old tv went out after 7yrs and I paid almost triple the price. Color is great and the sound quality was better than I expected.

Was able to get the TV for $399, the $250 price was impossible on Black Friday. Decent picture quality, 1080 and 4K are good. Like having Dolby Vision, Android OS seems ok, haven’t any issues as others are claiming of sluggishness, Gaming is good enough with a Xbox One X, visual and response times for gaming are good. Don’t plan on upgrading to a new Xbox any time soon, 60HZ gaming is just fine for my old age. :-). Only issue was a few weeks ago, TV wouldn’t turn off by remote or power button on the TV, unplugging fixed the issue, hopefully this was just a one time glitch.

I was so in love with my tv until it broke 6 months ago, it almost made it 3 years. I definitely won't buy this brand type of tv ever again. 15 years later my 32inch Vizio is still working, it glitches but it's working lol and my 11 year old 54 inch Seiki is what I'm using now. It was $274 taxes included so I guess I got what I paid for. It lasted 30 months aka 2 1/2 years.

TV works great picture quality is good lightweight and easy to set up connects easily to wifi

Got this tv for black friday on sale and it was worth it. Very good quality and really fast choosing diffrent apps. Works with alexa and rhe sound is nice.

Freezes a lot for some reason and gets stuck to logs to the next screen or goes extremely slow to do so.

Excellent tv. Have not had any issues with it and it still works great.

Great tv. Processor is a little bit slower than I'd like resulting in delays for the tv to act after you press a button on the remote. Great picture.

For the price it's a decent tv. Great picture only flaw is I've had it about a month and it's froze 3 times to where it has to be unplugged to reset.

TV is awesome for the price my wife loves it in the family room ...easy to use picture is good not great but for 300.00 with a 5 year warranty no brainer
