    Purchased less than 2 years ago and it stopped working yesterday. Just a black screen, no sound. I did all the troubleshooting steps and nothing. Hisense customer service said its probably internal but my warranty is up so it's my problem. Also only 4GB of internal storage so constantly having to delete apps to download another. Tried adding an external storage to use but this TV doesnt allow that. Do not recommend!!! Never had a TV last less than 2 years. Worst purchase ever.

    This TV won't show any programs full screen, tried everything and called tech support and my cable company and still couldn't get the TV to show anything full screen, so I took it back and got a Samsung 65 and I love this TV, shows programs full screen and great color.
