Bad TV or Bad OS

Had to get it replaced one for the TV constantly freezing, months later the TV is freezing again. Constantly having to pull the plug on the TV, clearing cache on apps, just to use it. Never had an issue with Roku, I’m getting rid of this TV and buying another with a better system. TV picture quality is okay, not as good as my other budget TCL. Expected with the price of the TV. Save your money and buy a better quality TV. Maybe the higher end Hisense is more worth it. I don’t know, I also think AndroidTV is the issue. Get a TV with Roku.

The apps tend to freeze up, making it difficult to watch shows. Always getting error codes while watching. Picture is great. Impressed by the sound. The platform... two thumbs down.

Better TVs out there. Pass on this. I have a 50” one in my bedroom and it works really well disappointed with this model

Poor choice

I initially purchased this for our room. It continously tends to glitch, as in the screen freezes, the TV kept turning on by its self. Wouldnt shut off at other times. Took it back and got a new TV just to have similar events occur.

Avoid this buggy mess

The Android TV interface is really nice when it works. That's the problem. I have never had a device that just randomly freezes up as bad as this thing. The WIFI just randomly turns itself off and at times refuses to turn back on. You have to reboot your TV to get things working again. Sometimes I you have to unplug the power to reset. I really want to like this TV, but the interface is just too buggy.
