    Very good image and features. I've had it for 1 year and yesterday it started doing an update but kept being unsuccessful. I called support today and they were great! It took only a few minutes and they will send a technician to check it out.

    I didn't think I would like an Android TV format - as it turns out I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Press one button and you're at YouTube - talk into the remote, tell it what you want, and there it is.

    Replaced my 55 in hisense for this beauty and spent about the same amount that I spent for the first one! Wish it had more app download options but hey I got a firestick so no biggie.

    Purchased in July 2020 after reading many reviews. It's been a good TV but every once and a while it wouldn't turn on and would need to be unplugged and to restart. In November 2021 the same thing happened. I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in the red light started flashing and it won't come back on. I've been through several online forums and so far nothing has worked. Very disappointing as my Samsung TVs lasted 6+ years without any issues, I sold them with the house when I moved.

    I bought this TV on Sept 18 2020. We unboxed it and hung it on the wall and turned it on. The Android setup process stopped in the middle saying it "could not complete the process" so I turned it off. About an hour later I turned it back on and the picture was ruined. Hot pink vertical lines across the entire screen. I boxed it back up and took it for an exchange. BestBuy refused the exchange because they said the screen was cracked. Hisense is also refusing to warranty the TV. So I am stuck with a $450 TV that has been turned on for a total of 5 minutes that is useless. On top of that I had to ask that the TV be given back to me so I could attempt to repair it. BestBuy customer service was going to keep the TV. How do I know that BB didn't break it when they unboxed it to test it? How can a product be so fragile that simply unboxing it and hanging it on a TV mount on the wall breaks the screen? I have installed multiple other TV's and this is the first one that has done this. It is by far the worst piece of electronics I have ever purchased. During my attempted return process, I was going to purchase a pair of new headphones. Needless to say, I decided against that purchase. And I have decided against any future purchases with Best Buy.

    I was excited about the price. I was not looking for a lot of bells and whistles, just wanted to watch football. The TV reboots(freezes/stalls) a lot.

    Beware - Tv is only a year old and it randomly turns on and off. Buy something else! It’s not worth the trouble!

    poor quality...tv will turn off at will and will not respond to the remote....only option at that point is to unplug and start over

    This TV looks great and worked fine for about month then the transition speed between apps and loading slowed down. Now it also freezes about once a day. It will not power on with the remote at times. I have to unplug it and plug it back in every few days just to get the power on, Im past the return date so i am stuck until I can find a good deal on a new one, will never purchase this brand again!

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     This is my first big tv purchase, I was skeptical at first, but the Best Buy rep, went over the tv with me I got a bargain for it, can’t wait to go to a 70-75 next year Happy customer

    Pretty disappointed. Bought this 6 months ago and it’s been problematic since about a month in. We waited too long to return it and now the return window is closed. The tv will often freeze, shut down whatever app I’m watching or just turn off altogether. I tried resetting it to factory settings, deleting and reinstalling apps but it just keeps happening.

    As good as SONY. A great affordable TV with all the cool features. The Bluetooth, or synching with PC is not an easy route but sometimes successful and totally worth it.

    It WAS a great tv but we returned and purchased it in ROKU at another store because it wasnt available at Best Buy in this area and couldnt be shipped here

    Truly a horrible Tv. The remote never works and for some reason, the TV always turns itself off right in the middle of a show. If I could return the tv I would. Please don’t consider buying this. For reference.. I bought TWO of them and have the same issues in BOTH!!!
