    This Smart TV brand is one of the worst Ive had in my life. The TV turns off randomly, you can not use all of the applications because of the Google Keyboard, overall lI would only buy this TV for display purposes not for a home entertainment experience

    Refresh rate is only 60 but for the price of $250 it was good

    My TV freezes and shuts down alot .... not sure whats wrong with i just installed it about 2 weeks ago after the completion of my room remodeling its been in the original box since I bought it...I bought 2 tv's

    TV was great but the stand is not great. which is why I bought a 5 year warranty just in case something happened and it fell. well, it fell and best buy did not fix it. Soooo a month into buying the tv im out 500 even though I did not do anything wrong. way to go best buy. NEVER BUY THE WARRANTY. EVER. they had an online rep tell me not to worry and that its covered. told to set up through geek squad number. guess what? not covered. terrible experience. best buy has lost a loyal customer and wont come back.
