Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Great while it lasted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was a great tv until the day it wasn't. Would give 5 stars but after a year it just stopped turning. Luckily I had the insurance on it and Best Buy replaced it with minimal hassle.

Ehhh…not the best tv

Works fine when you first get it but eventually begins to spaz out and start to freeze on you. Remote and tv starts to not connect and wifi randomly disconnects on its own. It’s very frustrating. So be aware of this when shopping around for a new tv.

Please Read Before you Purchase

The tv always turn off on its own to reset. Even after resetting, I am finding myself having to unplug the tv to reset it. This goes on at least 4 to 5 times per week. The WI-FI shuts off on its own. I am also getting a blue screen “Connection Error”. I have put the tv on its own router and this error persists. It has a great pic and sound. But it’s not great for streaming. Not sure because it’s an android tv. But this was poorly executed tv by the manufacturer. Purchase at your own risk!!! Can’t say that you have not been warned.

I didn’t even realize I got this is 2020 but from the beginning I’ve had issues with the remote getting it to turn the TV off and on as well as the TV randomly resetting on its own.

Started out good, then failed.

Here I am now on August 6, 2023 with a TV that does not work. When we try to power it on, it blinks 3 lights. Trying the troubleshooting suggested by google search and still nothing. Left unplugged over night, took off cover to check motherboard and everything looks fine. I currently have a Westinghouse TV that is almost 8 years old that works fine. This one replaced my Sony of 11 years. 3 years is not good enough, even for a cheap TV.
