Good buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about two weeks, it did freeze once. I couldn't turn it on. So I unplugged the tv and replugged it. This seems to work. If you're using a receiver, make sure to connect the hdmi cable to the first HDMI (ARC) connection. Otherwise, this is a solid buy for the price of a hotel stay for 1-2 days. If the price drops to $250, all of my friends are getting this for birthday gifts.

Not what I expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a 75 in Hisense that I purchased a few months back and was really happy with it. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about this TV. The picture constantly freezes, especially when using Hulu. When I tried to get to the main menu I have to press the remote like 10 times (even with new batteries) and then it will finally register the several clicks I made. I don't believe you can connect your iphone to the tv, unlike my other Hisense TV. It is a good price for a 65-inch tv, but at the end of the day I wish I just bought the 75-in tv again. Overall I would not recommend this TV.

Hisense tv

HORRIBLE TELEVISION
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't care what the good reviews say about this tv, DON'T BUY IT!!!! Originally we purchased last years model of this same tv from Walmart- it had the ROKU built in. When we got the tv home and took it out of the box the screen was cracked. We took the tv back to Walmart and they refunded our money. We later purchased the same tv online figuring it was probably an issue with the way Walmart handled it in store. The tv was delivered and when we took it out of the box, again the screen was cracked!!! We took it back to Walmart again and was refunded our money. Now this should have been a warning sign to us, but we felt that maybe this was how Walmart handled their electronics. We decided to go Best Buy in Utica, Michigan store #402 and purchase a similar Hisense tv within the same price range with a 2 year warranty. Best Buy assured us that their tv screens weren't cracked and that Hisense had good reviews. We took the tv home, set it up and there were no cracked issues thankfully. After a week of having the tv we started having issues- the sound was acting up, the tv was freezing and blacking out. Because we were within the 15 day Best Buy return period, we decided to return the television today. We took it back to Best Buy, when they pulled the tv out of the pox and plugged it up, the screen was cracked. For the life of me I don't know how the screen got cracked because it wasn't that way when we put it in the box this morning and we handled with care when returning it to the store. Best Buy won't refund us our money because of the cracked screen. It's extremely frustrating because there is some kind of default with this junk tv, we literally left the tv at Best Buy. We're in the process of contacting Best Buy's corporate office( they're closed on weekends). When we called Hisense customer service, the only thing they told us was that the warranty doesn't cover cracked screens(I guess not when that's has been an issue for us amongst the other issues I previously mentioned). I asked customer service for a corporate number, but they claim they don't have that information. The reviews on this Best Buy forum are basically good, but if you go to Consumer Affairs you'll find similar complaints. Don't waste your money or your time, don't buy Hisense products!!!!!!

Do not buy this TV, massive frustration

I have the Roku version of this TV in my living room (65 inch hisense roku), It works perfectly, this one makes me wanna throw it off the balcony. If I order anything from Google play movies, it plays in random languages no matter what it's set to. The Roku version of this TV plays in whatever I set it to, the android tv version refuses to play in english. I have reset it to factory settings, tried countless different settings. It just plays in random languages. I am at my witts end with this TV. Do yourself a favor and buy something else

nice tv

This is an amazing, entry point to 4k tv, and 4k 60fps native gaming. If you're looking for a great starter 4k tv. Hisense android tv modules are a great start.

The TV is cheap, but Hisense support is atrocious
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If the TV works and has no issues, you get a lot for your money, but if it breaks and you need repair, their tech support is atrocious. I have a sound issue which they have acknowledged is a problem and covered by the warranty, however they have not provided a fix for over 3 weeks. I have had to call in 4 times over 3 weeks. To make matters worse, all the techs have really bad attitudes. I will not purchase a Hisense product again.

They cancelled the order

But delivery was inconvenient so we decided to pick it up instead. We went to the Tempe Store & while changing the status of the order the idiot cancelled the order. Then when he told us he did it by error we asked to reinstate it so we could take it with us. Then he told us they did not have the TV in stock. Went elsewhere.

Horrible!

Hisense refused to do anything to fix it. This was not our first issue with this television! The customer service was awful! I will never purchase another hisense product!

Regrettably, you Hisense television is out of warranty and as such, unable to complete any repairs on this unit.
