    If you're looking for a good entry-level 4K UHD TV, you could certainly do a lot worse. I was looking for something that wasn't going to break the bank, but would also have everything I wanted in one package - smart TV, multiple HDMI inputs, voice control, etc. The only reason that this isn't getting a 5-star is because it does, on some occasion, lock up and the only way to reset it is to unplug the unit and let it restart. Much like an Android phone, you can have too many apps open at once, except there is seemingly no way to "close out" of apps here - you simply back out. PQ & AQ on this are both excellent for an entry-level TV, and I was extremely happy to get a set for sub-$500 that includes both DolbyVision and HDR10. I've never had a problem with HiSense products in the past, and so far, so good with this as well.

    This 65” is amazing for its price range. Nice HDR, vivid colors at 4K at 120hz. Gaming looks nice and crisp. Sport games are sharp and bright and streaming is smooth. Highly recommend this tv for price and display.

    We had a smaller Samdung that we paid so much for - 4 years back. We bought it cause of the name. This year, it developed some purple spots and Samsung washed its hands off. No more big name brands for us. Buy a lesser known TV, purchase additional warranty from BB and trust in them. On to the TV - I'd say this TV is worth it for the price I got it for. Thin bezels, good, clear images. If you watch a lot of sports, you might not like it too much - you will notice some tearing. But otherwise, easy to set up and even streaming media looks good. Having a bit of an issue with wifi though - won't connect at all. Also, the inbuilt chromecast - I still haven't figured out how to set that up. Other than that, it has been a breeze to set up.

    Great television. Picture is smooth and for the price you can't go wrong with tv. The apps are easy to navigate and changing the settings is rather pleasant as well. I got the tv during black friday and it's been great so far, not giving any issues whatsoever.

    Good tv for the price however the controls and movement on the apps on the tv are not up to par they are a little slow and laggy when trying to change apps but great picture quality and very good wireless connectivity

    For under 500 I wasnt expecting this much. Google Chromecast and voice remote built in. Very light easy to mount. Simple set up. Great audio and sound bar friendly. 4k looks great. Im using a ethernet port for streaming and its super fast. Never lags. Kids can use and navigate on their own profile. Bluetooth made for easy use of wireless keyboard we bought from Amazon. Great set up.

    It’s been great for the past 2 years, but it stopped working after there was a lot of rain and probably the humidity got to it

    Had great success with Hisense TV's ... recently bought a Toshiba, not people friendly (Fire TV Remote), gave it to out daughter and bought another Hisense ... our third. Picture great, easy to set up, Geek who delivered was professional and offered advice if needed. Overall, happy with our new Hisense TV and Best Buy.

    Will not buy another hisense TV

    I bought 3 of these tv’s, a 50”, 55” and a 65” for different rooms and I am not impressed. The price is what sold me on these TVs but you definitely get what you pay for. They are very slow and after 1 week and only downloading 2-3 apps a message started popping up saying the memory was almost full. They take quite a while sometimes 1-2 min to turn on and I’ve even had to unplug them to “reset” them so they would turn on at all. They freeze up frequently and very laggy! The picture quality is pretty good and the audio is average but the slow response time and freezing up/not turning on makes it impossible to give them a good rating. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because I should have known the price was too good to be true. Cheap price=cheap quality! I’ll stick with TCL on my next tv purchase!

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. You are also able to expand the storage space with a USB flash drive.     That's a good TV you get what you paid for but it's kunstler it freezes up sometimes but other than that a good android TV

    For the money this TV is great! Bought this to replace an older high end Samsung 1080p tv that died. Better picture than the old Samsung from 2014. Good smart tv features and has HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Of course the picture isnt as good as my Samsung QLED but it is also only a third of the cost. Can't complain and it's worth every penny especially for a bedroom TV.

    This TV was fairly easy to set up. I followed the instructions and everything works well with my cable box. I had no problem adding my netflix and my Disney+ to my set up. I have had a problem getting my Amazon video account set up. Sometimes there is a little problem with getting the TV to come on and turning the TV completely off with the cable remote but I think I have solved that problem. Overall very pleased so far.

    i have purchased 3 different hisense tv so far, and thus one is not to far to be one of the best in the market only minimum problem i have is that it would start to optimize different things to keep the quality and performance good, is not bad, but it feels like lag when playing, " feels like", but won't lie the tv is a good choice.

    This set has a lot of nice features. I enjoy the larger screen. However, when compared with my 50" Samsung that I purchased more than 5 years ago, the picture isn't as sharp. (The Samsung was, admittedly, a much pricier model when purchased.) This TV, however, priced at under $500 for a 65" TV is an excellent value. Perfect for watching football and streaming movies.

    First off, this is an inexpensive, Chinese-brand TV, so don't expect top-of-the-line performance. That said, I am delighted with what I got at this price. Compared to other Chinese sets (I've owned two: TCL and Sceptre), the display is far better---particularly when you select the "Vivid" option in the picture settings. Focus is sharp, colors are bright and true to life, and action seems to be artifact-free. No comment about the audio quality of this set, since I bypass it, running everything through my AV receiver and high-end speakers. The only downside I can see is that the 4K is not particularly impressive...although that might be more a function of DirecTV's broadcast quality than the TV's performance. In any case, given the choice between 4K and HD broadcasts of the same sporting event, I invariably prefer the latter. Bottom line is that for the price this TV is an absolute bargain. The only question remaining, of course, is longevity. At the moment I can't answer that one, since I just bought it. Time will tell, although based on past experience, in this price range if you get four years of frequent use before the picture heads south, you're probably doing well.

    Personally I don’t think this TV is even worthy of the one star I had to give it to submit this review. Let alone the fact the TV bugs out at a minimum of 10 times a day with command prompts, even with android tv updated, occasionally taking up to 10+ seconds to respond to the remotes command and when it does it tends to freeze and stop responding all together..this sometimes even leads to the tv shutting itself down altogether where the only means of restarting it is to physically unplug the tv from the wall and plug it back in for it to reboot itself. Now, for the times it does work, the picture quality is pretty decent for the price tho it should be more amplified in the selling of Android TVs that there is no functional iOS app to work with the TV..so basic features like the use of a keyboard to input usernames or passwords can only be done from an android device..so iPhone users beware. Lastly, the TV claims to be compatible with Google Assistant, although it also rarely works correctly when your account is synced with the TV and when it does work, unlike Samsung or TCL brands, it appears to be incapable of actually turning the tv on or off, not being able to switch between apps on the TV without it glitching out. All in all, I wish I had sent this thing back before the return window closed. If you’re in search for a better budget 4K smart tv...than I’d suggest looking into TCL..they have some minor bugs but nowhere near this train-wreck of a smart device.

    The 1 that got away.

    Since the Android was not the 1 I wanted. I asked 3 times that the ROKU be the 1 we took, which as we leave are being told it was. A few days later and 3 talks about making a return for X change happen . So, since it didn't happen I HAD TO MAKE arrangements to take the Android screen back to the store., No one ever reached out to me. No Hisense- Roku unit being there for me, I had them refund me; to take it back. AS to how I liked the set ? I went over to youR COMPETITOR and bought 1 of what I wanted and took it home. I think they did fine. I like it alot. so till next time... try harder. Now I have 2 in my home, a 40" and a 65". Oh, and here's my member Id# 4451638119. Have a Merry Christmas.
