It was great, until it stopped working

The picture was clear. Colors were bright. No glare on the screens. But then it went dead after 3 weeks of use. It won't turn on at all. I called Hisense. None of their troubleshooting steps worked. So they are sending someone out next week. I am very disappointed. BestBuy delivered it and mounted it on our wall but Hisense says we have to remove it from the wall for the service appt. This concerns because I don't want to damage it while taking it down.

Reduce brightness, contrast, sharpness and color. Turn Backlight to Auto and minimum backlight to zero. Local dimming to low. Color temp mid-low. Motion clearness off. Active contrast low. Color space native. Get a soundbar to enhance Atmos

Did I get a dud?

It had a great interface, beautiful picture, and an affordable price. However, it recently began flickering in places, having random shadow spots, and becoming so frustratingly slow that I often have to reset the tv in order to watch anything. Up to this point Hisense customer service has been no help. They are very polite, but three phone calls and four emails later has yet to bring about any kind of answer including sending a technician out.
